Just for the record I am still not selling, and will not sell. You have to make your own minds up. Do not be lead by posters, they may have other agenda's!

Just read an article from Donal Odonovan that states it's our only option to accept 3p deal if we as shareholders want anything back
I don't have any useful information I really wish I did sorry I have told you before I am s private investor who rally hoped this share did not get stolen from under us Sunny can't blame posters for moaning but no one having a pop at you I have been grateful for all the posts over the last months So have you sold your shares yet or do you see any hope st all for this share ?

That information comes from the high court case the examiner application Friday past. Do you not read my posts..... Who the eck else is contributing here....

After counsel said Mr McAteer wanted an extension of time to pursue and finalise an investment agreement and survival proposals, the judge agreed to extend court protection to May 12th.
