I'll post if I want, thank you. And no, I don't think it increases your chance of seeing any value as an equity holder. As previously stated, the bondholders effectively own the company now. Bar some incredibly charitable act by Worldview, it's just matter of time before this is confirmed.
Let's be patient I am confident updates/news will come rolling in..
Does anyone else think that the longer we don't hear anything the more chance things are happening behind the scenes for survival? Please refrain from posting Rhambo
I think I've died!
Rhambo, What on earth are you taking about £25k down you silly little man, you have absolutely no idea what my financial situation is here and I'm certainly not going to discuss it with you, as for the rest of your post, just pure guess work on your part, personally I think your short is at just as much risk given the current situation as anyone invested here, you do not state any facts it's all just your rather swayed one sided opinion with a level of deceitful behaviour that I saw thorough a while ago. JMSM.
Thankyou Ps ignore
JMSM, I understand your emotion at £25k down the pan, but you can't say that you weren't warned. For the avoidance of doubt, it absolutely IS over because WV has now taken the position of bondholder and the debt is so high that the bondholders in effect control PCI and not the shareholders. Therefore, your equity IS worthless because the bondholders will take ALL of the assets in order to claim the value of their bonds. After the debts are cleared (if they are cleared) that leaves shareholders with nothing. Zippo. 0p. I suggest you try to come to terms with this and direct your bile at the BOD and not me.
Rhambo, neither are SKYE and many other shareholders large and small prepaired to take 3p, this ain't over till it's over no matter how much you think it is, and posting sentences like : "it would have given you something rather than nothing" is premature, you have absolutely no idea how this will pan out, I personally hope you get burnt with that short regardless of what happens to my investment, your posting here is grubby to say the least, pretending to take the moral high ground while rubbing investors noses in what is a difficult situation. JMSM.
I don't understand why you say you wouldn't have accepted the 3p offer, it would have given you something rather than nothing.
Some partner to be in bed with WV always one step ahead but for what it's worth still would not accepted the three pence offer
Whomever WV sell it on to in a couple of years time. The asset is very enticing but the BoD here have completely mismanaged the situation and unfortunately shareholders will take the brunt. They should have accepted the 3p offer for the company as at least holders would get something back, now it looks likely that there will be nothing left once the debt is squared up between WV and the remaining bondholders. In my view it has been managed so badly that there could be a case for legal action against certain individuals.
So what is the next move, Ain Tsusla still a world beater for whom?

What was the post
We are now in WV pockets up to them what they do now i am afraid they can either deal and go forward or just crush PCI
Egyptian asset was that was sold and monies received previous rns announcements read that come on Right
T.B.C April 4th Worldview intends to approach Petroceltic and the interim examiner with a proposal to restructure the Senior Bank Facility, as part of a wider restructuring of Petroceltic's capital structure either pursuant to an( examinership scheme of arrangement or as a standalone restructuring) which, amongst other consequences, could lead to the potential conversion of a significant proportion of the outstanding debt into new ordinary shares in the capital of Petroceltic.
I expect that these events and announcements have not been understand by some Petition Places P.C.I under the protection of the courts.from obviously creditors W.v secure debt from senior banking facility Hence securing assets Restructure issue of ordinary shares to include debt.
T.b.c
WV Far too clever for BOC who had a world class asset and blew it man should be prosecuted what he has done borders on criminal
WV have issued an RNS stating they have bought 69% of the debt at a discount to the bond market value. Unforunately for you guys, this does pretty much mean curtains, but I wish no one ill as you have (for the most part) debated in a civilised manner with me (refreshing for LSE) and I wish you the best with your other investments.
http://www.irishtimes.com/business/energy-and-resources/cantillon-tough-job-ahead-for-mcateer-at-petroceltic-1.2566791 " If a successful examinership is concluded, Petroceltic will most likely emerge as a private company with no Irish listing and no assets."
@huggs with respect, it's not a sale but an offer AND it has only been mentioned in the Times, not by PCI. I would not put any stock by Egypt until an offer figure and recommendation is published via RNS. It could easily just have been a rumour.
