Sold most of my holding at 325p & now buying back in again.
we are seeing some big hitters out early this morning...
Come on Palace
Cheeky Bid ? At what price, £1... 50p. ? They'll be nowt left by the time they pay their wages.
Now which outfit is sitting on a load of cash?
.....what I originally paid. Need more good news about York!
About double this SP! But when must you buy?
At this price they must want it really bad.
Hold tight people they want your stock
Tree-shake before the bid?
Hudson extremely positive and enhances PCA's kudos as a growing developer. Expect them to hunt for something large to develop next, starting in a a few years. That's assuming their talent doesn't attract a bid/
...1 or 2 of our fast-buck traders are in here now, judging by recent price movements. That's what you have to expect before a possible bid. That is not a tip or ramp. Just my own hunch. Please if you are thinking of investing DYOR!
certain to rise if House of Lords opens there.
Thanks Theosus. (I did actually know this) .
In the case of the latest dividend I was stopped tax on part of the dividend (in my ISA) - all to do with REIT's, PIDs etc.
This happens now and again, but my broker claims that PCA paid everyone with the tax already taken off, so I just wanted to disprove that, I am sure it is my broker that is negligent not PCA.
I believe that what happens is when a Reit/PID dividend is declared the broker has to submit details of how many shares they are responsible for are in ISAs, and those dividends are then paid without the tax taken off. If the broker neglects to do this it means I have to tell my broker to reclaim the tax, broker has to submit forms and it takes 4 to 6 week. It's pretty obvious that my broker forgot, just wish they would be honest and not blame PCA.
Has anyone else been stopped tax on part of the dividend (in an ISA) ? I would be grateful if someone could check and let me know, thanks.
.... 12 months!
I sold the shares i purchased at 267p, But still hold the other 75% of my holding.
GLA
are buying everything offered and raising the bid all the time they know something as per usual GLA
Can we smell a takeout
highest values for a long time and broke the 200 day moving average also
Extremely unusual. Will watch carefully over the usually quiet Xmas period.
Wait for RNS to see if Directors buying. Unusual here for anyone else.
It's such a massive spread it's difficult to actually work out if there is a fall or not. More of a share for buying and holding than panicking.
...on hardly any trading. Yime to uold nerve if possible.
risk property outfit ( dying breed ), with generous quarterly divis, hectic portfolio activity and wow, roll up, roll up, doesn't that Hudson Quarter York development look the bee's knees? Respectable stuff indeed during parlous times although aimho and dyor. Top luck to all.
Still looks cheap compared to NAV & good news about their Hudson Quarter development in York should improve the NAV again.
And the pattern continues. And the SP rises. See my last comment. Tiny buys at 300p. I smell coffee!
