They probably read the RNS and research the company , unlike most here.
In 2022, TalkTalk, the UK provider of telephony and broadband services, expanded its existing contract to now include PPA and PEM licences alongside an extension to their existing PAM contract. This renewal represented a significant step for the business, with TalkTalk being our first to utilise all three Osirium privileged security products.
Notable successes from our network in the year include our first contract win in the US, a landmark for the Group, via Prianto, a UK based software distribution firm. The network also achieved our first contract wins in Africa and Asia, as well as first wins in countries such as Austria, Turkey, Malta and Finland. With our "partner first" strategy in place, we are expecting the acceleration of customer acquisition via this network through FY23 and beyond.
When you have been stupid like me and paid 20p and to see it in continual decline one has a right to be a bit gloomy.
Cash flow, contracts and potential.
Ignore the doomers.. Im watching closely.
No one wants to be in OSI. Below 1p soon!
reminds me of mode
Clearly the market doesn't have much faith in Osirium being a success, mcap of 1.8 million. If the previous CEO had such a good track record it clearly hasn't worked here!
Do you mean David Guyatt who owns 8.3% of the company?
The same guy that put £200k in 12 months ago?
Who is now non exec chair? (part time).
Here is his biog, as I know how much you would like me to post it here:
The Board of Directors is led by David Guyatt, co-founder of Osirium, who has over 30 years’ experience in turning next generation IT products into successful technology businesses. He is a recognised pioneer in establishing the content security software market, being a co-founder and CEO of the Content Technologies group, which created MIMEsweeper and became the recognised world leader in content security solutions, with a 40 per cent global market share, and was sold for $1Bn within 5 years, the largest European cyber security acquisition at the time.
Previously, David was Sales & Marketing Director at Integralis from 1990 to 1996, as it established itself as Europe’s leading IT security integrator - now part of the NTT group.
Clearly the CEO stepping down recently was an ominous sign! Sinking ship, get off quickly.
Too late for most but if you manage to sell a little is better that nothing when this ends up in administration. Clearly they will soon run out of money and CEO stepping down while shares sinking is a very bad sign!
OSI are strategically important in NHS cyber protection. I assume there must be some Government fund that could provide finance to the company, on its road to break even.
Government sets out strategy to protect NHS from cyber attacks
The government will provide a plan to promote cyber resilience across the health and care sectors by 2030, protecting both services and patients.

Shame as they have made a real effort to make it work. Not easy to pick winners on aim. Onto the next one!
This will be under 1p next week the shorters are making a killing with this stock
Loss making, will look raise further in coming months
baby born on 28th jan 2023 is advising me.lol
maqsood7 you only ever venture into stocks that have bombed THEN you start talking up a recovery (without any actual knowledge or reasoning into why?)
try to at least disguise your tactics lad

good bargain!!
total bookings up 86%!!
ARR up 28%!!
Total recognised revenue up 31%!!
operating loss still same as last year.
cash and debtors 1.22mil!!
bookings and pipeline growth momentum continues!!
market awareness and demand remains strong!!
CEO saying:
It has been another year of SIGNIFICANT progress for OSIRIUM in which we have achieved RECORD levels of bookings and REVENUES!!

@Alan I feel your pain, got burnt on another share.
However, I feel this small share has buoyancy.... although bought in at 2.15 yesterday & 1.85 sp today .....will be waiting to see how low this will go .
Out at 2p - 70% down on my investment, fortunately wasn't a big loss. Had enough quite frankly, will be a long time to recover. I feel the MM's played silly game back in April last year, and should really be ashamed of themselves, but I highly doubt that.
GLA. I hope one day you may get something back
Bad. I only have a small amount in here but there is a need for a new £5 million in cash. Heading to 1.2p and I might add a little at that price. These small techs are rarely a good investment ...underfunded and lowly rated in the UK. A takeover would be best
The wage bill needs to be cut.
What a mistake I made buying in at 20p :(
Bought twice as many as the last two buys for 1.7p lower then the 1.77p order placed ( not a good sign )
The spread is 12.5% .
Thank God the order for 2p did lift yesterday on massive fall another 20% drop today .
RazzaB posted whoops after the 18th January post not the last top up post of mine lol .
There has been strong sales growth, but break even is not in sight as yet. Where will the funding come from, if not equity holders?
