sorry Blah - a bit early in the morning for me!!
I'm in HL and still haven't got my ORPH shares yet. Hopefully by end of week
Shandypants, no, nothing wrong with your response at all, quite the opposite - I only repeated it for PiranhaPires benefit, as they clearly hadn't seen it.
If it's the "marginally more polite" comment you are concerned about, that was a joke. There was obviously a huge contrast between the helpfulness of your comment and the "have you been living in a cave" offered by moniman. I was pretending there was a small difference between them, when there was unmistakably a huge one: humorous understatement, see?
Blah, what was wrong with my response? Moni was deliberately making an incorrect statement and creating an unfounded rumour and I was merely stating the T&Cs which he should have been fully aware of if he had accepted the offer.
I think I was quite reserved in my response.
Re. Piranha......here it from the horses mouth.....

Well just to bring you up to speed with events......Trev and the BOD at Hvivo decided to save their sorry arses, they would give a really negative trading update just before jumping into bed with Open Orphan on the understanding that Trev would become the new CEO of the merged company and giving away £60million of assets for the bargain basement price of £13million. A great deal for Trev and co and expensive lesson for long term Hvivo shareholders.... You'll get your shares x2.47 at some point in the future.....that's about it...Adyor!!!!!!
Don't worry, Piranharama, rude boy Moni asked the same question a few days ago. Shandypants2 gave him a marginally more polite answer: "conditions I signed when I accepted the offer stated that the transfer would be completed with 14 days of the offer close. We are still within this 14 day period."
Have you living in a cave for the past 2 months?
I had a small holding of HVivo shares...
Not entirely sure what’s gone on, as my broker never advised of RNS!
I gather, a majority has voted in favour of the merger, anyone know when will we get the orphan shares?
I noticed my Hvivo name has been removed and has no value, but not been credited with new orphan shares.
