PJT, because their salary is lower?
The CEO has invested quite a lot so that shows confidence. The other directors like the Ceo are buying 10% of their net monthly salary, which started this month. If you’re still confused, read the rns’s.
Northern Zone. Not New Zealand if thats what was confusing you.
She bought some last time at .45p
Drilling in NZ?according to latest tweet?
Agree - but the other directors don't seem to have spent much at all.
Market value for Naheed’s purchase at the time of execution was 0.0036p.
James, I'm obviously being thick here but I expected the 10% salary outlay to come through the ORDINARY SHARES PURCHASED multiplied by the PRICE PER ORDINARY SHARE? You must feel like a teacher here today but grateful for the incoming correction ;)
Unless you believe Naheed is earning £550k/Month, I suggest you re-read and digest the RNS's again.
I agree, a huge vote of confidence by CEO but I'm looking at the Directors' buys RNS on 8th September........ 10% of their monthly salaries? What am I missing?
Apologies james and cmin.... read twice think once. Yes that does show confidence, and on top of the purchase plan !!
UP SHE GOES
cunningfox, the purchases to which you refer were already made earlier this month as per the RNS released to confirm. This purchase of £55k is in addition to the committed 10% of salary per month!!!!!!
8th September, check it out.
Incorrect, re-read the RNS’s. The purchase plan was already executed. This is a separate director purchase from Naheed.
Much as I welcome the rise and long may it continue , don't forget that these purchases are planned as per August RNS
Pursuant to the Director Purchase Plan, each Director has irrevocably instructed the Company to direct 10% of net monthly salary/fees to an appointed broker to automatically make market purchases of shares in Oracle each month for the account of the Director.
Also, MM’s will happily take 10m shares off you at 0.00295p but won’t let you buy 10m at any price which is very telling.
Worth considering that good news likely won’t come for a few weeks now due to Naheed purchasing. Topped up this morning, these are bargain basement prices.
Another £55k purchased by memon....she knows whats going on in background....if she is happy to load up.....so should we....
