The formation of TCAT has proven to be highly successful, particularly in attracting highly skilled software engineers with PhDs. I still think this represents a good acquisition target for a larger company like Hipgnosis or Round Hill given the small market cap, solid balance sheet with cash and multiple offerings. Impressed they are continuing to add to their catalogue and think they are taking a careful approach to purchasing rights only where it makes business sense.
I do agree with a previous poster that their website could use some work - last time I checked it seemed messy.
They used to pay two Dividends a year.
It is a sign of their recovery that they have reinstated a Dividend.
I would anticipate a significant uplift in their next Dividend.
