So the question is the fee's due to the consultants are based on future performance
Could this be a ploy not to pay consultants?
Boom...this is about keeping the gravy train going imho. And not the fees
They are making a loss year after year.
They secured a couple of years wages by selling off the portfolio. However the gut tests are not going to be making a profit any time soon.
I suspect that they knew that they will need a placing at some stage. Sooner if the dispute goes against them.
They can't place below nominal share value..and it is never going to go above 4p with current trajectory.
Changing share structure will change nominal value and SP.
By changing the name..they in effect hide history as well..no plunging share price chart .
It has also assisted them in hiding a share consolidation..which in my view is a very grave matter.
Tbh what they have done is blinding for employees and bod..very clever to do now anyway and not leave it to the last minute or after potential bad news of gov dispute.
I think anyone trusting this company needs their head read
What I am surprised about is that the bucket ship flippers would seem to be getting shafted along with everyone else.
Not a good look for finncRAp. That is a relationship prob busted and won't help odx in the future either.
It is a real soap opera.
Why do you not care? Are you invested? Do you have nothing to say on the shares you hold?
Hahaha - well said.
Why do you not care?
Is surely the bigger question here. Head in sand... Church of ODX... who knows!
Not seen a single shareholder yet acknowledge Jag's combined salary and bonus of £351,000.. it's gotta hurt for sure.
IrnHaggis, FUD Team Five are not invested is as owning any shares but they're certainly invested as committed in what they are doing. Out of my portfolio, ODX is second lowest MCAP but gets second highest number of messages. There is an agenda.
Dsaf, those left invested wont answer any questions as it too hard to comprehend
New 10 year low today should be easy enough but still nothing
''Dsaf, those left invested wont answer any questions as it too hard to comprehend''
Yet attack posters as the SP spirals downwards.
I'm wondering if they still think 12p is just round the corner?
" wondering if they still think 12p is just round the corner?"
Unfortunately after the share consolidation ..it could end up at 12 p which would be very bad news indeed!
Going to be really interesting to see what price on the day of conversion it ends up..and whether it just enables further erosion of SH value.
Unfortunately I have seen a few of these complications and there is usually more pain to come.
Plus at some stage could allow further dilution.
But the good thing is that the bod wages will be safe going forward..and for them even better that they don't even have the pressure of making substantial sales and year end profit
