Captain/Atan,
Is there anything positive for those invested?
I cant see any
Shareholders are clinging onto the fact that there's cash in bank but its clear this is disappearing
Thats great news maybe we can have proper conversation now
I'm off to the shops to buy for the weekend. Goodbye.
TradesIn - They cant as they are trying to sell Flat, Caravan, Cheese and Spam to raise more money to buy
No matter how much copy and paste with nonsense the fact still remains
The baton is passed to the next one in line. Systematic coordinated waffle by a group of childish immature have nots.
''Plus still no trades today this could be new record''
Have the believers seen the light and are no longer averaging down???
Boom that should be the least of your worries, as you have posted that on more than one occasion.
Plus still no trades today this could be new record
More coordinated bullying by the poster who has been doing it the longest.
£8m sales will not generate a £2m loss each year as yoh claim, why post false information. Oh yes it's what you've been told to do.
Atan - i agree with all your points on a "rubbish" company
however i would add that the product is rubbish. They did have reputable tests (covid / cd4) however they have sold everything other than a very contentious product that is actually recommended not to use by official channels in the USA - their target market.
if they keep bringing in £8m ish then they are going to keep losing money every year - £2m ish.
it is supposed to be a business - making money
and the cheerleaders on here still think it should be valued at multiples of current sp.
how? why? would a company losing money be valued at anything significantly more than cash in bank?
the mind boggles.
maybe less time on here and police stations ....and more time researching and reading a business for dummies book - would have been time better spent?
just saying
I see LSE are now targeting posters who are being abused, insulted and threatened. My didn't think they were in cahoots, let's see what the police have to say.
Great post Atan as always
Very informative about the company unlike many on here
Exactly Glasgow Spam
You can very easily make your money back in 1 day
Why invest in this 💩
Still confused as to why so much effort shown on this chat board, on an utter turkey of a share that no one even trades anymore ? There is so much more out there. Real shares... Real money to be made. No ?
Still not one trade today
Looks like everyones gone for the long holiday
Sharesuplease
A number of reasons really. They have a poor track record over a sustained period and always have an excuse. Over the last 5 years they have seen on average a 6% decline. Here are the key reasons they struggle to break even:
1) Average quality and poor depth of board. Management skill in the UK is generally poor. ODX is no different. To combat this you need to bring in better people than you are but this runs counter to many SMEs culture. As a result you have a small pool of average talent trying to steer a company.
2) Poor strategy, governance and reporting. Again a blight for many businesses. I'm always surprised at the poor standard of management reporting. With ODX we also have had a lack of governance in production. Then finally the strategy. A average board will change strategy often and this is disruptive and makes becoming good at one specific thing really hard. As a result of all of these cost controls run away. This is the fundamental - bottom line costs are too high for the outcomes achieved.
3) Poor sales and marketing. Because ODX have had so many distractions over the years the sales, the engine of any company, has never been very good. Sales are tough to get right. Very very few companies get it right. It is expensive, needs a hard nose to manage and need to be relentless. None of this has happened. Jag seems lazy. He couldn't sell covid tests during covid. I don't think they haven't got a proper sales team . (Sometimes this is arrogance - some believe they can create something and people will just buy it. That only happens with a lucky few).
ODX other problem has been capacity. They have been trying to move premises to add capacity and improve workflows and this has been an expensive failure.
What is alarming is that they did have good margins on products but these have significantly declined. Due to a lack of R&D the new products that were meant to be launched are white label products. That means lower margins as well. Combine that with declining sales and the turnaround has to be even more impressive. Based on the factors above I am skeptical even though they have now hit on the right strategy.
TL/DR - They didn't sell enough to cover costs!
Looks like could be in 10 year low
If thats not bad then dont know what is
Says the one thats trying to sell stinking flat because of all the loses
£7.5m Last year, and £8.5m year before of sales says its not a rubbish product. Expected Growth to those figures with new products being introduced as announced previously in RNSs, along with no losses from other parts of group, will return to profit as also stated in RNSs.

Thanks, I don’t know why they can’t break even now if they have one long term product that’s been on the market for years and they have orders and it’s the only thing they have to do.
Yes. It is in the accounts:
"...based on the Group's trading assumptions the deferred tax asset in respect of trading losses will begin being realised from 2025 onwards, when the Group starts to generate taxable profits. "
The chimps haven't even read the accounts. "Invested" bit have zero clue about the business.
Did they actually say they won’t make a profit until after 2025 (after another financial year)?
Yes, losers do love conspiracy theories to justify their stupidity. Dunning-kruger is the problem. Conspiracy makes them feel bright for a fleeting moment. It is escapism for them more than anything.
They cannot discuss facts so they aren't left with much and because they cannot possibly admit they made a bad call they double down instead. It is why LSE is full of mugs "averaging down". Losers. Shame we have to waste tax on such ones.
