Very good. Assets over £10m
Hoping for a payout soon.
All resolutions passed.
Should see RNS later this afternoon with a little bit more info on share buy back.
Cheers.
Anyone got the dial in details for the AGM!!!! Can't find it on their website

It means the company is going to be exceptionally profitable when it goes private-the fund raising done on AIM has served its purpose & now they’re off to reap the rewards
I have these in my ISA at 4p a share and it looks like I will holding shares in a private company outside my ISA somehow
After Circa 7yrs of holding I want at least my money back

Good results but were the hell does this take and mean for us shareholders?
Taking place tomorrow morning
Company has has buyback authority previously and never used it
and that's the issue they had 50% of the votes tucked away, but the resolutions call for 75% of votes cast not possible votes. so unless a large percentage of the rest vote against it goes through,
IF we assume after the buying that went on before the suspension was in their favour and they now control 55%.
to get to 75% of votes cast then it is necessary to get 19% to vote against that's 44% of the smaller shareholders, and unfortunately I see apathy preventing us reaching that level.
Having said that I think that the delisting should not be allowed to go ahead whilst shares suspended, as small share holders can not sell out, mine are held within an ISA ( I have a couple of speculative punts in mine and this is one ) once delisted they will have to be removed from my ISA
Got dividend first thing this morning. One minor positive on the last month. All eyes on tomorrow vote - hard to see how anyone other than the directors/insiders will vote yes to delist but equally hard to see how they won’t get the required % anyway as I’d expect that there will be plenty who don’t vote at all.
TW claims that todays RNS shows the company has lied - brave words that could result in legal action - not great news someone is obviously not telling the truth - but who?
Maybe, the right thing & all companies use profits when executing a share buyback.
Your right Mr Gunn has had his pants pulled down, he must be worried by the negative implications all this has on his many expanding companies/investments.
But as usual for CEOs like himself (TEFLON) Im sure he'll come out the other side unscathed.
Hope the share buyback offer announced is seen through to a fair conclusion, time will tell.
Cheers.
Do the right thing? Only when forced to do the right thing. IMV the company is now worth less bc of sec so the financial incentive to grab it from shareholders is lower. Furthermore complaints to the fca about the conduct here, and an investiagtion from them might finish it off, so the rns reads like they have raised the white flag to a degreeimv.
Gharri07: the right thing? I think they will be using shareholders profits to buy back shares. It depends upon the price ?
Not sure how this is going to pan out? But reads like just maybe they are going to try and do the right thing for all Pi's.
Cheers
Still operating
And the least the could have done given SEC investigation is to stop the delisting process
Any news on the vote
Any news on the vote
iWeb sent out a notification of the corporate action to vote. Sent in my proxy form. Resolutions 1,2,3 can all be rejected.
Does anyone know if GIS are still operating? Or have they been shut down pending investigation?
Thanks - you can do the same on ii by turning on the voting notifications - did it before Christmas and it popped up the same day
HL clients get your votes in, HL have issued online voting for their clients with regards to the delisting proposal, so it's quick and easy, but the cut off time is noon Friday.
"If you would like to submit a vote for or against the resolution to delist the Shares, please provide us with your voting instruction by noon on Friday 8 January 2021 by logging into your account online at www.hl.co.uk and clicking on your Stocks & Shares ISA in the ‘My Accounts’ section of our website. Please then select the dark blue Corporate Actions icon alongside your Octagonal plc Shares and follow the online instructions provided."
Unless other sharesholders vote this down delisting will happen, I just paid to vote down all resolutions at the AGM
Might be a mute point given the SEC investigation etc
