..this time it's a threat to the much vaunted product pipeline that 3rd parties are queuing up to licence.

The article contains an interesting remark about regulatory approval in the US.
WRT the AGM, It'd be worth asking what regulatory approvals are required for CIRT and PSE before we get unfettered access to the market and to what extent has this impacted commercialisation.
If they suggest it hasn't then I'd ask why they have charged Arivo and Mathis with getting tests included in medical guidance notes.
Fellow Investors.
Any of you thinking of going to the AGM.
I think some questions need answered.
I am hoping to go and would be happy if you have any questions that you would like me to put to the BODs then please post them here as soon as you can.
GLA LTHs.
Isn't it it crazy that I'm a world were this is needed, and thus product that has amazing benefits, has zero people knowing about it high and wide, go figure!
Hi Agakhan,
No apology needed mate. An easy mistake as OBD sem to reference Zero Prostate quite frequently. Just glad to know that OBD have not yet hitched another carriage to the gravy train!
Hi Dug,
Sorry but been away all day and only responding now.
You are absolutely correct and I offer my apologies.
He has been hired by Zero Prostate Cancer in the States who seem to be doing some joint marketing ventures with (OBD/94 Per Cent) but when you read some of them it is not clear which one is promoting.
I should have re read it (hands up)
GLA LTHs.
There's no OBD Director called Ted is there........cos a woman's need's are many fold......
Hi Agakhan,
Can't find anything about Sean Kramer on OBD's linkedin. I wonder if they were announcing his recent appointment as CDO at Zero Prostate? Zero Prostate is a US based cancer charity that, as far as I'm aware, has no direct association with OBD.
You’ve now given me Visions of the OBD bosses running away with the Benny Hill music playing 😭😭
Hi Dug.
You can add another Chief Development Officer ( Sean Kramer) to your list.Announced on LinkedIn this evening.
That should add another $250k + to the wage bill.
You couldn’t make it up.
GLA LTHs.
I reckon he's a fast milkman.

Your first name wouldn’t be Ernie by any chance.lol
That would be lost on anyone under a certain age.
GLA LTHs.
Your mum should apologise.
No but I do bare a striking resemblance to the milkman
You feel like you were adopted? Has nobody told you?
I guess that’s a hard question for a simple bot to respond to . Oh look the sp has risen slightly . Interesting .
Anyone else sometimes feel like they’re in the Truman show posting on these boards?
Posters like who?
Posters like you go round in circles. If sales are bad then regular updates will not be positive. Whatever you want to happen will 99 percent of the time not happen. The 1 percent that it does you sell your shares and never come back
Hi Dug
I really don’t see Burrows vision.
It all seems hap hazard to me. Everything seems to have been done wrong way round.
The costs of his strategy are being felt everyday.
The number of sales per day is no where near anything needed to break even.
Burrows has said they anticipate to be selling 1000 tests per month come the end of the year.
That is a huge number compared to the 60 being sold today, unless they are combining both tests in the 1000, which is then 120 as of today.
I still think they will need another placing as I don’t think they will get close to the number of sales & profit needed not to need another funding round.
Regular updates are needed to the number of sales,
They need to be good to raise the SP so the funding round uses a smaller number of shares.
If the market is informed that sales are not progressing as well as expected then the SP will tank. And the company will spiral into free fall and that’s a fact
@Dustyslay.
I sold a chunk.of my holding ahead of the placing. The talk of 3rd parties queueing up to buy rights to tests that have only been lab validated and that need to defy the experience of CIRT and PSE to be quick, near-term commercial successes was ridiculous.
I won't be reinvesting until I see a clear strategy to gain proper clinical validation at scale. Burrows belated statement that participation in Transform was critical is hard to reconcile with his ignorance of Transform and his actions. Appointing a 3rd party government lobbyist to pish for inclusion does not suggest it (Transform) is a priority. If they end up financing their own randomised control trial expect at least another tranche of placings.
@ Kong @ Aga.
Don't overlook the Chairman's role in the ongoing fiasco. He has allowed a culture of cronyism to take hold, seems to endorse an out of control burn rate that includes the costs of .3 labs, multiple V.P.'s and S.V.P.'s, attendance at and sponsorship of numerous international conferences. Why is he not demanding clear differentiation of the roles and performance indicators of the burgeoning senior management team. Why is he not insisting on a clear commercialisation strategy when it is clear the current reliance on peer to peer sales is failing?
If we are being ripped off by Burrows then you will lose yoir money like me. I hope they are not twidling their thumbs and announce something positive so I can get out without taking the huge hit I'm now suffering.
Got a little fund put aside here to bring my average down from 32p, was 17p but I averaged up like a donkey as burrows sold me down the river, I can not be assured it won't continue it's decrease and I'm fully aware once it's invested the only way I retrieve it is to accept the current loss so I'm keeping hold till I see a sign it will improve north, what's everyone's feelings on this, any specific dates I should be aware of? Any feedback appreciated
Kong1.
100% in agreement with you.
GLA LTHs.
I do not believe Oxford, Burrows are insider trading nor the nomads,
The problem is Burrows is misleading the markets and the nomads are not policing the RNS correctly
People are buying shares with their hard earned money on the back of what Burrows is saying and when it comes to it’s all lies and shareholders are loosing vast amounts of money while the BOD are being paid very good wages and it’s morally wrong on many points.
The nomads need to reel him in and look in the mirror themselves
Another fund raiding at the end of the year is almost inevitable
DugWalker.
It is obvious that I have hit a raw nerve with yourself. Are you or have you been employed in the industry and rigorously defending it.
I have never accused Shore of anything and especially inside trading .
There are numerous books and videos on the subject from people much smarter than you and I and either work or have worked for large brokers.
We all know that AIM isn’t 100% fair and on that note I shall say no more. I am not going to get into an argument with you on this forum as it’s not my style. If you still have your angry hat on then why don’t you attend the AGM next week and take your frustration out on them.
Happy to meet you for a coffee before hand.
