OBC now 35.375/37.45p
AFN still rising.
UMBR back up to just under $6
Things are looking up.
AFN up 14% this morning.
Yes - I bought a chunk of obc early doors.. advfn up 11% on the news. We have to be due a few up days...
The AFN situation is like an episode of EastEnders. I am going to assume the new potential overseas interest is not part of the hostile Israeli group that want Clem out.... adding a new overseas investor that supports Clem would be most convenient as it would dilute the Israeli shareholding in AFN.
All this matters here. of course, because of our 17%+ share in AFN.....

Thanks Bennster.

First Fantom transaction on the bridge today.
PS - AFN has fallen after results end of last week and OBC's biggest balance sheet asset is a stake in AFN.
Same as every time it moves.
BTC to USD has had a fall....
Not because there's any link here, but because we're in the "crypto basket".
Tanked real bad today though. Any ideas why?
Great spot Delferg53 - looks like a great bit if free advertising...

Another cheeky top-up.
Vbw
Don't worry, you can be assured I've been called a lot worse :-)
Sorry - Bennster.. bloody autocorrect!
Great summary Bannister..
Today looks like a good chance for those who do see the value to top-up on the cheap.
Plus we are just above the long-term support level. Sooner or later, the value here will be recognised by the market..
I refer to the last RNS's on financial performance and balance sheet with the following conclusions - I am genuinely reaching out to anyone who can comment to amend or update:
1st December 2021
Holding of AFN = 17.64% which at time of posting = £3.21M @ 74p a share
Ongoing AFN Dividend policy at 6 monthly intervals = 1.5p per share annual = £65k
Holding UMBR at 1,000,000 units (understood at 10% from Chambers comms @ $7.75 = £5.69M
Forget any other cash reserves or other incomes - just forget the Narni bridge etc.
There are almost other debt or debtors according to the balance sheet, that was a total of = £31k
The base NBV of OBC is therefore £8.934M - with zero net income from now on.
We are sat tonight at 14,311,709 shares in issue @ 41p which gives a market cap of £5.868M
This means (for those who are slow on the uptake) the market cap here is £millions below the net book value. No need to expect a penny more of income.....
Go figure.
It certainly looks that way.
Saw the rns about it a week or so ago..
Strange business..
AFN are back off the market - I reckon the board room wrangles will drag on for a while yet.....
