From July this year before the influx of new cases…
Abrooking disagree I have addressed your post that daily cases are connected to the NHS being overwhelmed! You say the NHS isn’t currently overwhelmed, are you being serious? Pneumonia, respiratory illnesses, asthma, flu, COPD and Covid related infections are overwhelming the NHS. Do some research and you will find endless current literature supporting this.
If this investment isn’t for you then Im cool with that and take will take on board your opinion. Nevertheless, on this occasion I will listen to what the experts say and wait to see if anything materialises from future RNS’s. GL.
DrMicho, that's not really addressing anything I said, it's actually just more of the same thing that I was saying there's way too much of on here. Every time I check this board it's the same stuff being copied and pasted from news sites about rising cases, hospitalisations and deaths as if that news has any bearing on NNN as an investment. It doesn't! The general public don't give a fig about what type of mask they wear and haven't for 18 months now. People will just wear whatever they can find to get them around whatever rules are in place for those very few places that are still clinging onto rules. The NHS clearly aren't interested either.
Hospitals aren't really being overwhelmed these days either. The number in hospital remains relatively low and steady. The rising cases are down to rising test numbers and don't seem to be correlating with hospitalisations due to infections occurring in people and/or the vaccinated. I don't know what people hope to achieve by banging this same drum on here every day. Is it to make people believe this is an increasingly tasty looking investment opportunity? The future of NNN isn't in masks, anyone with half a brain knows that. If you want to post about covid so much then try Facebook or Mumsnet.
Spot on Poorinvestor! Over the last week or so there has been some great credible evidence posted by LTH’s. This has been met by the usual negative posts backed by nothing but insult and abuse.
Winter is potentially going to be difficult if we listen to the experts and the evidence. If we listen to the professional amateurs on this BB we are all in for an even tougher time. DYOR and look at credible sourced information, GLA….
Great post DrM. All can be avoided or made less severe, if managed correctly. Why bring in a mask mandate when the situation is bad? Why not do it before the situation gets bad?
RE: Over 49,000 cases today….Today 08:38
People have been talking about case numbers and hospitalisations for over a year now. We know! We also know it has nothing to do with the SP or NNN's ability to sell masks, so what's the point of banging on and on and on about this? It's meaningless.
Meaningless if you think in a linear fashion and not holistically. The more the cases rise the more pressure on the NHS which will trigger restrictions in Plan A and Plan B, as per the government guidelines for when the NHS gets overwhelmed.
Masks will be brought back and before you say they are too expensive our mask will be bought! They are struggling to get supplies into supermarkets and the same will go for PPE… they will have to buy UK products. I was offered 12k more than I paid for my Landrover yesterday due to a shortage of used cars. The shortage is across all elements…
I would rather evaluate what leading scientists have to say than a few spiteful posters on the NNN BB…… get a grip fellas…

Spot on abrooking for all intents and purpose NNN RMS P2F aren't even in the the UK face mask market!!
No advertising, no marketing and no PR while the channel partners decline in sales and number
Virionmask stopped selling months a go
Magnesium seem to have stopped trading last few weeks
Amazon no reviews so far in October and only 3 in September indicates poor and slowing sales
Only Numed left who are discounting stock for reasons only they know
Suggest we forget the masks as possible saviour of the share price and as abrooking says stop banging on about Covid numbers

@Nina007
Hope your little one gets well soon.

Paediatric NHS wards / ITU are being overwhelmed with "Respiratory" cases - mostly the common cold / usual stuff - but the 14 month lock down has meant "over cleaning / sanitising" by quite rightly nervous parents and the absence from Nursery (Groups of littlun's) - means the normal immunity to common stuff - is now taking a toll - resulting in possibly an alarming rise in pneumonia cases - not actually necessarily COVID related.
Not trying to create false panic - just DYOR - Stats are available with a few clicks on Google.
Good Luck and all the best

Hi Nina, hope your 2 year old is ok. These really are crazy times. Best wishes to you and your little one.
Evening Nina, I hope all goes well with the little one and the wait goes quickly….sending you all my warmest wishes…
I would dread to think what it would be like, if it’s about to get worse with winter around the corner. I am currently at A&E (not covid related) and they are already struggling. I have been told to be prepared for a 7-8 hour wait for my 2 year old to be seen, even with referral by paramedics. They stated they are already at full capacity when it comes to beds. Staff at this hospital are already frightened of winter. I wish it is over soon, even if that means bad news for NNN. Stay safe everyone.
… and winter is not here yet. I’m wearing my mask and social distancing where possible. I need to buy more of these covid killing masks goonerboy and fusion boy keep going on about. ;-)
