is go for the full on multibags - no plans to sell for 10 - 20% jokes
Satoshipay would be good for casino coins :-)

smaller company capital - they focus on investing in blockhain, mining and fintech So i think thats a big clue about whats incoming here - maybe Casino Coins/Tokens?
Can't find any link to fintech?
So new holders 4.6% are active in fintech and blockchain and crytpo - sounds like cyrpto casino token coming - could see this do 100% or more easily in my view
Looks like some interest coming here today
Nektan probably have the tech to do something in casino blockchain, watch this go ballistic
Is that a buy?
Up 6% since I bought. Roll on the rest of the week!
Recent RNS shows that significant revenue could be on it's way thanks to Videoslots (subject to approval). Hopefully, the share price can bounce back.
You can see this was 57p in April so hopefully that's a suitable target in time! 24 months ago - 143p!!! 12 months ago - 32p
So after I saw Andrew Neal tip this on Twitter, I did my own research! I love that the founder is currently interim CEO and coupled with the price crash, a buy at 26p seemed ideal. (Yes I did watch it hit 19p doh!)
Hi, so I have a 9 stock portfolio, (only 6 months trading). Been reading LSE for a while and though I would sign and get things going here!
More buys today.. Positive news of contract completion?
You would only need anti dilution warrents if dilution was likely in the future (i.e. placing or other share offering) Have not seen this before but dont like it without further explanation. I agree .. caution is name of the game.
Read this announcement & the notes very carefully before committing funds. This debt raising from directors indicates an element of desperation. Also what the heck are "anti dilution warrants" exercisable at 1 pence ? How and when do these kick in ? This may well be an excellent business in time but it may be that the share price will plumb new depths before the potential is realised. BEWARE !!
RNS this morning. CEO Leigh Nissim resigns. Re trading it is reported that growth continues but not quantified - ie NOT "strong growth". Refinancing discussions reported as advanced but i would be surprised if any equity raise were at a premium to current price. Also if less than 27p the earlier capital raise gets repriced.
On 31 March we were told to expect the refinancing in the "coming weeks" but that there were "material uncertainties" over the successful conclusion of such refinancing. Well, we are now coming up to 10 weeks and still no announcement. One wonders just how "material" the uncertainties are. Caveat emptor!
So £300.5K Secured Loan Notes converted into Ord @ 34.375p with an admission date of 28 April. Now why would you do that? Well maybe, just maybe, you see the price trading above 60p and see a chance to unload your new shares at a tidy profit before the upcoming placing. It's now 25 days since the announcement of the planned refinacing to be concluded "within weeks". Are the prospective placees striking a hard bargain? After all the recent trading update which caused such excitement revealed pedestrian quarter on quarter progress. Of course if a prospective placee were able to lock in profits on the Ords prior to the placing that would be neater still. All speculation, or reading the runes, call it what you will. Nonetheless seems to me a danger of getting your fingers burnt on this one in the short term.
