Thanks, I’ll come back when you’ve got something constructive to add to the thread.
Assume what you like dear Soupdragon.
After all, making assumptions is the one thing we should all be very good at by now, considering that's the only thing we can ever do with this company.
Not tetchy, just surprised that you asked such a basic question or maybe I should just assume it was wilful ignorance.
You seem tetchy Soup. Is the 12th too soon to mention missing RNS'?
I could wait until 13th if that helps.
Ok. maybe something you should have considered before looking at the stock market.
Yes, of course I do. I just thought I'd ask to waste everyone's time.
You really don’t understand why companies hold assets in subsidiaries?
Why not?
Why should they be registered with the plc?
OK. I promise I won't mention the RNS until 12th June then.
On a different, does anyone know why the applicant is Nuformix Technologies Ltd and not Nuformix plc?
Why have the patent rights not been registered with the public limited company?
Slightly pre-empting some of the 'why haven't they RNS'd this yet?' chatter that is likely to be forthcoming.
The patent grant comes into effect on the date that it is published electronically by the EPO, this is shown as 12 June 2024 on the EPO website below. It is on this date that the certificate of patent is sent to Nuformix, so don't be surprised if we don't see an RNS before then.

Is there a telegram group for nfx?
Would think a complete set of IP is necessary for any deal more so than orphan status
Thanks for the info Soup.
Article of some interest re combination drug therapy being used.

The European patent for nxp002 has now been confirmed (10 May)

More news for them to release.
I like your style trans, it’s not good enough but you’ll wait for it to ten bag before exiting.
Still invested here because they have more test results than they had a couple of years ago.
I think of those still in who invested way back when it was above 10p (me included) most have probably averaged down to a point. Can't really blame them when they've been constantly told it's all still good.
I would expect huge selling into any kind of rise here.
Personally I regard my own shares like a lottery ticket now. Not worth much, unlikely to yield but you'd be daft to tear it up.
What I'm really interested in seeing is where the IP ends up.
Yes ForFX, that would be very interesting. Dan especially!
Another interesting question would be: "If you were at break even point with NFX, would you pull out your investment?"
I am curious how many are here still because they are massively down on initial investment, they have averaged down a lot and are now emotionally attached to the investment.
I'd be interested to hear Dan & Jo's response to that question
Well, I added more shares over the last couple of months in the hope that we had hit the bottom after the last small placing.
Since then I have requested more information (twice) about orphan status and have generally been reading more into NFX. Perhaps I should have done this reading and questioning prior to spending £5k of savings....
I got no reply to a basic question so I asked again. No reply. Not even a holding message. No one on here (LSE) or the telegraph group is able to answer any basic questions. There is zero comms coming out from the company.
There is no clear roadmap to market for anything NFX are working on. Therefore I will be taking my money, once we go back up a couple of pence, out of NFX.
Why am I posting this? No idea. Perhaps because I have FOMO and think there might be a big rise here? Or to open a conversation:
"Why are you still invested here?" - that is the question I would put to the good posters on this LSE forum. I will also ask the same question on the telegram group.
You used to be able to see them online.
I just find it odd that we have such large transactions with no TR1's. Then we also have no TR1's to reflect the reduction in share capital % of existing shareholders as a result of the recent placing.
You can request to see the shareholder register through the company secretary
I think the 30M odd shares sold earlier this year were, almost certainly, the ‘single UK-based FCA regulated institutional investor’ from the subscription for 35M shares from 17 April 2023.
Being approached during late January/ February for the 01 March 2024 subscription gave them the heads up to sell their earlier subscription before the RNS announcement.
Institutions are always privy to information we lesser investors are not – it is not a level playing field .
Didn't we see 30 odd million shares get dumped on the market back in Jan/Feb with no TR1? I wonder if that is just a coincidence?
Anyone able to find out who the significant holders still are in this company?
Yeah, pity his last Chinese connection ran off after getting caught cooking the books and mysteriously Tapolczay miraculously managed to sell a chunk of his share before the market knew about it.
Amazing coincidence really.
