Good news on the RNS today with Liontrust increasing their holding from 12.57% to 15.37%. A very substantial holding indeed , showing their confidence in NASSTAR's future. We wait to see an appropriate lift in the SP. I hope!! JJ
I am astounded! And the SP should have flown. Bemused also as this follows a quiet spell and then a drop in SP and now this. Whilst good to see I wouldn't have minded a bit on the SP. Any clues as to why? Jj

Nasstar sells cloud-computing hosting services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These SMEs understand the case for cloud versus on-premise IT, but dont have the capacity to develop their own solutions in-house, or the clout to get good value from the very large IT providers offering cloud services. Nasstar, by contrast, offers a good option to the growing market of customers that want to develop cloud services. Cloud hosting, moreover, generates recurring revenues that give investors reassuring visibility of sales prospects. 89% of Nasstar PLC's revenues are contracted recurring revenues, under long term 3-5 year contracts, with customers invoiced in advance, creating a strong cash generation model. CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC have increased their holding to 11%

http://tinyurl.com/j3l7b4s Nasstar PLC (LON:NASA), the cloud service provider, increased adjusted pre-tax profit in 2015 and that is thanks to benefits of integrating acquisitions, its chief executive Nigel Redwood tells Proactive Investors. Nasstar is cautious not to make acquisitions for growth alone and seeks key strategic justifications. Its most recent acquisition, VESK, in late 2015, the company found several benefits, including James Mackie, the founder whom Redwood was keen to get on board and has appointed Group Sales Director. But organic growth is also important to the future of the business. “Hence, in 2016 we are putting a lot of investment into sales and marketing. To re-launch under one umbrella brand name which will be Nasstar,” he says.

over 15 mio sold second half January and not a single purchase, and yet the share price remains untroubled. Wish I could say the same for most of my shareholdings. Recent RNS was decent.

again this month, and some big ones. So, who is doing all the buying ? Is it Kestrel continuing to mop up anything that comes on the market ? Anybody any ideas ? I certainly intend hold my small shareholding.
purchase in the whole of August. Somebody decided spend £40 otherwise a sea of red. Think the management needs do just a little more to get this company into the public domain.
LSE shows the 2 sales today at 7.6-7.7 totalling 65000 but does not show the purchase of 200,000 at 8.10
thanks Rugs. will take a look and glad to hear that I am not alone....did see the big sale, most likely part of the general tech stock sell off today....
Further my last, have a look at their website. Shows the main shareholders. The Newlands look to have been buying more which I feel is a good sign.
Think board quiet because not much happening recently. I had thought Kestrel held something like 60 mio shares with HH at the 43 mio you mention. Together with other large holders plus 9-10 mio with the newlands reckon more than 60pct 'tied up'. Am a little concerned at the big seller today

I also like the fact over 30% of share holders are Institutional and recent insider buying.....this all looks very good to me...
by my calculations, NASA trades at 3x its annual sales/revenue, the blended growth rate for most recent year was 20%....given growth rate and projected sales NASA should be trading closer to 10x sales (COMS trades at 25 x last years sales)... Am I missing something...?
I have been watching NASA for some time, what surprises me most is the undervalued SP, especially give it is very much focused on the rapidly growing Cloud technology sector and when compared with valuations given to competitors (particularly State Side, but even compared with COMS)....?
was big?

You're thinking has not really come true ŷet chan. We will have to watch for one time.
It's nice to see someone else out there chan. I bought into this one. Got fed up with the quindell board. Most of NASA is the hands of institutions which is interesting for a company of its size on the AIM.
Needs a good read. With Finncap Upgrading their Corporate Target from 8.00p to 10.00p. Last week Holdings were increased ( See above ) Looks like one to keep an eye on.

Sorry, "institutions" hands
Any life out there? Last post 19 feb. Noticed this as a share with growth prospects, aim low cap company but ownership largely in ins tigons hands. Looks interesting.
Glad to see share price moving up above 9p again. Reckon we could be back to where we were end of last year pretty soon..
