Thanks for your call. As mentioned we have checked for you and I'm afraid we are unable to process any rematerialisation of MySQUAR share. IG holds an omibus account due to the nominee model and when this has passed the deadline, we are not able to process it now.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Alternatively, we've recently launched our new Help & Support site which gives you answers from our huge knowledge-base, online community, and education hub.

IG are now saying that they have missed the deadline for getting paper originals - even after calling me to say they would be posting them out. Negligence on their behalf?
I had a call from IG saying that they were sending originals out a few weeks ago. Nothing received so gave them a call. An email shortly followed:
Thanks for your call.
As mentioned over the phone we're having difficulty getting the electronic MySquar shares changed to physical certificates.
Our corporate actions team will email you when we have an update from our broker regarding the next step for share holders.
As of today, still no news so just gave them another call...…
"The guy dealing with mysq is on the phone and will send an email once he is free".
"Its ok, i'll wait"...……..updates to follow
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
I applied for my shares with II before the deadline and it was confirmed but I never received them and now II say that Crest and Mysquar both didn't act on the application until after the deadline so I won't get them. I think II messed it up and now they're trying to pass the blame. They said I should have applied way before the deadline because it's common for a company to just not give out shares?? I'm waiting for a confirmation email before reporting to the FCA.
Apparently the only thing you can do with shares de-registered from Crest is give to a charity.
The biggest problem with AIM is that PIs have no protection.... the FCA and the like are there to help clean foreign money using fraud and the UK's GDP is 80% financial.
Has anyone received there share certificates from IG yet?????
I'd like to hear what Chong has to say about all of this. His silence is deafening. We need an update and he owes us one. People invested thousands of their hard earned pounds on this based on what he and his ex work colleagues said. I remain unimpressed with Chong. He won't even go after Schaer either. A lap dog would never bite its master.
The Singapore police replied....

I refer to the email you had sent in regarding the above-mentioned subject. May i ask where you are right now and where the companies you have stated are based?
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

I emailed Mysquar on 27.6.19 with....
Greetings.
As a disgruntled shareholder I hope the company is making progress and will have an update for us soon.
I wish to draw your attention to Eric Shaer's latest venture/ scam in UAE called Omni World Holdings (#omni).

Clearly he is not trying to hide now so will you be pressing charges?
Rest assured there is a large group of investors that will not rest until justice is served but our preference is for Mysquar to get our money back and move forward as a going concern.

Just got a reply...
Thank you for taking the time to send your email.
The Company and the board are doing its best to resolve the issues the company faces.

Prob no other territory he can do his work now. Az elite as crooked as he is. (refer to President Aliyev's family living in London spending tens thousands daily in Harrods with country's money)
He looks like a wasted old boozer in that pic, bastard.
He'll be at the Expo in the UAE peddling his new company if anybody wants to go over there and see him.
If enough people send the relevant authorities similar messages then they will have to stand up and take notice.
The audacity of the numpty astounds me though. Somebody needs to wipe that cocky smile from his face for good.
This is like a bad nightmare that goes on - absolutely horrified that this scum bag has been allowed to go on to his next fraud scheme. Hopefully in that part of the world he will cross the wrong people and the Az mafia will put a bullet in him.
MIRRIAD ADVERTISING (MIRI) shares were up 200% after the news it signed a contract with Tencent, one of the biggest firms in China.

E-mail Az/UAE police, government, fraud office, media/press.
Make noise - everywhere, but logically and rationally, stating the case in black and white terms.
It's the only way they'll know.
Surely karma must be on its way to the UAE?... wonder if piers pots the money pulls a sicky pottinger will resurface next?. Unbelievable! Still licking my wounds from what transpired here.
It's just the way he is grinning like a Cheshire cat in one of those photos. It's as if he is saying, "hahahaha you didn't get me and I am back and won't be stopped."
The absolute cheek and audacity of the man is beyond me. Why haven't the appropriate authorities caught up with him? He's walking free and still up to his games. Crazy. People on here will be looking to ruin things for him wherever he goes going forward. Petham looks like he has already contacted KOB in Azerbaijan after re-reading his earlier post. It seems that every time he is in the media announcing one of his new ventures / partnerships/ deal, there'll be enough people to raise the alarm to whoever needs to hear it.
I often wonder how McSquares is doing after losing circa a quarter of a million quid on this. Well.....as long as people now know where he is residing, he won't have a decent night's sleep again in a rush if at all. We want our hard earned money back and I think he should write individual cheques to each and every one of us.
Good man. Don't respond.
Sorry, Sliotar........I had to say it. Resurrect some of the banter from the past!
Cannot believe what I am seeing. How in the name of all that is honest in the world is this fella left get away with this. So Mysquar definitely know where he is. So does any international agency who could be bothered. What are the LSE doing?....they don't care. It is incredible. I feel sick that he has even the balls to come back out in the newspapers again so soon. Obviously knows there will be no ramifications. Wonder what will happen in Singapore??
Petham?
Did you also contact the company / body that he has invested the 10 million with? Maybe they ought to know a little more about his background. He won't stop will he? He's like an annoying itch that won't go away. Does Azerbaijan know what they have let themselves in for? He's already messed up Myanmar.
I'm disgusted by this. He needs to be stopped ASAP.
How this horrible excuse of a man has the audacity to continue in business (now based in the UAE) is beyond me. The smile on his painted face says it all, as he flashes his gold watch. He has been purported to have walked off with MYSQ money and has left hundreds / thousands of investors like me out of pocket. I want my £6000 back. I'm absolutely disgusted that he has just recently invested 10 million into Azerbaijan. He and his new company needs to be stopped dead in its tracks. Keep up the good work, Petham. At least those wanting to pursue him, know where he is based. That's probably why he held the last MYSQ AGM in the UAE....it makes sense now! He probably used it as an opportunity to lay the path for this, his new venture whilst he was over there. Do we have any MYSQ investors based over in the UAE?
I've emailed FCA, Serious Fraud Sqaud, Mysquar, Singapore Police, KOB (Azerbaijan business agency)and the news reporting the new collaboration.... please all do the same.
This is one of the emails:
Greetings.
I have previously reported Eric Alfred Schaer for stealing funds from Mysquar Ltd listed on LSE UK and based in Singapore. He has just been in court for offences relating to his other company Rising Dragon Singapore Pte Ltd and after being in hiding has resurfaced in UAE with his new company Omni World Holdings.
KOB- an agency for small and medium businesses in Azerbaijan have accepted a £10 million investment by him which is suspected to be stolen funds.

For some reason Mysquar do not want to pursue the matter which casts suspicion on them but there is a large group of shareholders looking for him.
Please help us catch this crook he is using our money!
Regards,
So he's trying to wash money in UAE.... £10 million investing into small/ medium businesses so he has money.
The agency doesn't seem to have a website and appears to have been form recently. The chairman is Orkhan Mammadov with not much social either but I know he visited Singapore in 2014. It looks shady to me.
If we can bombard social media to bring awareness then the deal may not go through or he may decide to pay back the cash to be left alone.
Tony P... great find... I've started to put it on social media and I hope others do too. Chances are he's hiding out in that country and we need to stop others investing and draw attention to his where abouts.
better warn them
