Status of the Company
MySQUAR continues to operate as a going concern and continues to seek financial support from third parties. The Company continues in discussions with a potential trade purchaser of the Company’s trading subsidiaries and will update shareholders should there be any further developments.
'''there.is.still.hope.for.shareholders i.see''
The Company’s cash position remains critically low and is unable to pay the outstanding invoices to Computershare for the maintenance of the share register It is unlikely that the Company would be able to relist on AIM as it was previously unable to find a replacement Nomad despite the diligent efforts of the Board and others.
Computershare will cease to maintain the Company’s share register and CREST as of 8 April 2019. Computershare will mail hard copy share certificates to all ordinary shareholders and depositary interest holders.
Shareholders (that is, those who did not acquire shares through a broker or nominee) should ensure that Computershare hold their correct address. If this has recently changed, Shareholders are advised to send an original letter of instruction quoting the Computershare reference number and updated address to Computershare Investor Services, The Pavilions, Bridgwater Road, Bristol BS13 8AE. The reference number can be found on any Computershare statement. If not known, contact Computershare Investor Services at +44 (0) 370 702 0000. The letter of instruction must be received by 7 April 2019.
Depositary Interest holders (that is, those who acquired shares through a broker or nominee) will be sent a bulk share certificate directly to the broker or nominee who will then advise on obtaining a share certificate.
My understanding was that the FCA were investigating, any updates anyone?
But which authorities, DShox?
- Mysquar IR dept. has not reported Eric to the Singapore Police securities fraud squad, or any other, because they say that Eric is not and has never been domiciled in Singapore.
Mysquar IR are saying that they have no idea of the whereabouts of Eric Shaer.
He is clearly the guilty party in this fraud who does not want his whereabouts or contact details to be known to anyone.
He will be found one day.
I haven't looked in here for a couple of months as I have been moving back to Uk from Spain. What is the up to date position at the moment? Any change? I am gutted to have lost what is a small amount compared with some of you guys but nevertheless a lot to me. Does anyone know if we can get paper certificates and if so, how? Thanks in advance.
Corporate Update
The Company's cash position remains critically low. The creditor of the Company who had previously indicated it was prepared to provide a working capital facility has completed its due diligence and the Company awaits an offer of funding. There can be no certainty an offer of funding will be forthcoming so there remains a material uncertainty regarding the Company's working capital position.
The Company is in discussions with a NEX quoted company regarding the sale of the Company's subsidiary companies. It is proposed that the consideration on such a sale include shares in the NEX quoted company and that, in due course, such shares be distributed to the Company's shareholders. However, there can be no certainty that this sale will complete or in what timeframe.

Hopefully all the rot was removed from mysquar??...it’s been around three months now since certain board members left...hoping mysquar can or are finding their feet now that hopefully no unscrupulous people are there mismanaging and dipping theirs hands in the till?... all games still gaining upto date reviews and mingalarbar still churning out the articles :) still believe in mysquar and it’s potential :)).
Yes, and Eric Schaer is laughing at us all.
Apologies...especially instead of superficially.
Just sitting eating my lunch and a fit of rage came over me about this all of a sudden. They actually stole money and nobody cares?? How is this possible int he modern age, superficially with all the new financial fraud legislation in place!! I don't mind losing it because of a poor investment decision or the company failed trying to do what they set out to do, but this??? Sorry I had to have a rant as I have not thought about it for a few weeks!
Sorry to hear that, Frol Good people have lost their money. 6 grand is still a lot for me, but I realise there are many of us who lost a lot, lot more. It doesn't bring me any extra comfort though until the person or people who orchestrated this are locked up and the prison door key thrown away. Our dreams and hopes for a better future have been badly compromised.
Anyone getting their shares in paper form?
Thieving barsteward, 6 is not so bad Jez, I've 20g down the pan and not a happy chappie.Maybe give it a little time then have word with a couple of guys I met whilst on holiday at HMP, I'm sure they would enjoy a little trip on me .But then have no intention of anymore holidays . Lol. Got to try and keep the chin up .
I’m hearing in the network that Mysq has not reported Eric to the authorities and they have no money to take legal action to get the money back - bloody appalling.
simple question folks is best forgotten, our investment here or is there any chance of getting anything back
Sorry but I don't trust Chong. So long as they have 6 grand of my hard earned money, which was supposed to buy me a new Mercedes.....then I don't trust anyone. It's gone very quiet in terms of news.
Mysquar games and Mingalarbar still going strong :) always hope...in Chong we trust... stilll feel there is good potential in mysquar in its concept and products. Gla
It was all planned - bastards!
Anyone find it strange the my pay deal with nicholas nguyen for over 2 million half cash half shares, shares sold conveniently just before shares suspended... does this sound familiar ‘Mr. Nicolas Nguyen, Chief Executive Officer of MyPAY said, “We see tremendous opportunity for both peer-to-peer and person-to-merchant payments in Myanmar.’ Extract from this article.

Yes old link... and I am keeping faith in Chong until proven wrong.
Thanks T7.
Is that an old link? as I did try to find him on the web site and still can't! He was based in Vietnam so I assume he was recruiting for us. Some of the old employees/ investors may come in handy and a least provide a paper trail if needed.
I think THE biggest concern is where has Eric put the money? Without this info it's pointless perusing him legally. Also, he's unlikely to be in the US, Singapore or Vietnam but could easily hide in Myanmar with all the new contacts he made. Plus it's very cheap for him there. From my experience, south eastern countries don't usually get involved with "farang" (foreigner) legal battles but it would if a national was involved.
On the bright side I think a £1.1m, loss for a company the size of us is repairable if we don't get sold. Chong is our lifeline unless proven he's been involved so I don't think it wise to not keep slagging him off or try to make life hard for him.... I could be wrong.
I have it now! - Eric will come back from his coke den with a new Asian venture called Tenlies.com. All his past crimes will be ignored by the authorities with a responsibility to protect people, and Eric will promise treeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeemendous shareholder value - this time around he just needs 18 millions pounds to IPO it, then Tenlies.com will be much bigger than Tencent.com, and that comes with Eric's personal guarantee! Oh and Piers Pottinger with be Chairman, but only when he comes back off sick leave, and dearest Chong will be working in McDonalds because Eric told him to.
