Well, they knew the share price would drop even harder if they actually proceeded with that.
The terms of a revised agreement are currently being negotiated but will not require the issuance of any shares as part of the consideration for entering into the agreement, a further announcement will be made in due course.
Hold on, just going to agree to an MOU with Apple to buy them out for a trillion dollars.....you know, if I ever manage to get a trillion dollars...and even if I do, I still don't have to do it. Like I said, not worth the paper it's written on. It's all HYPOTHETICAL.
Oh, sorry, so it's an AGREEMENT that you just agreed with me, that they don't have to AGREE to actually go through with.... Sorry I class an 'agreement' as something that is going to happen, not something that could happen, might happen, might not happen, have no implications to actually action. Do you get it yet?
You said an MOU is NOT an agreement. You're wrong and i'm just showing you that your wrong with fact. You on the other hand go off the tangent and post that i've said things which i then prove you did WRONGly.
So.....your point is? What the hell are you arguing about. I said it's not worth the paper it's not written on, and you've just agreed with me they don't have to do it. Give me strength!
Didn't say they were or weren't doing it, said it is an agreement which it is.
Rebel, still trying to save face. Do you realise all your fellow rampers have sold out and you're here alone holding the baby. Draw a line under it, learn from it, and stay humble.
I'll watch it dry, you watch it ?run slower than the share price ran down lol
It's an agreement, if they have the means to actually go through with it. It doesn't mean they ARE actually doing it.
DavosDave peddling backwards as fast as he can, stop making stupid statements, your so clueless. But keep it up, your so amusing, although watching paint dry might be more interesting.
Never said or suggested it was binding, just thought i'd correct your bad and incorrect version of English with fact. Fact is that an MOU is an agreement, what else is it?????
Second Jesus, they just ditched a licence and joint venture with black cactus, and that carries more weight than an mou. Why don't you just wait until you actually see something actioned, because as you have seen, this company announces lots of things and never carries it through. That's the point.
Jesus, if it was an agreement, they would call it an agreement, not a memorandum of understanding.
No lol, ... 'A memorandum of understanding (MoU) is an agreement between two (bilateral) or more (multilateral) parties. It expresses a convergence of will between the parties, indicating an intended common line of action. It is often used in cases where parties either do not imply a legal commitment or in situations where the parties cannot create a legally enforceable agreement. It is a more formal alternative to a gentlemen's agreement.' So not binding, not actioned, no commitment...read the word 'intended'.
Well then rebel, you should have sold out at 0.7, right when I told everyone it was one big sham. Either way, seeing as you have just said you are still in, you did the wrong thing, and not following my advice has put you at a loss. Can't paint it any differently, your c0ck up..
Official definition of MOU: A memorandum of understanding (MOU or MoU) is a formal AGREEMENT between two or more parties. Wrong again.
Yes, looking it, it's an MOU.

Who said I lost money? Stop making things up, you only lose money if you sell. Plus you don't know what I've invested here; only one idiot here, that's you, posting the same stuff 24/7.
20/9/17 RNS Change of Directors and this is my earlier post you're referring to: .....now they are looking at Seed as another tech provider. Get your facts right before posting rubbish
well, maybe you should hang around more, and took my advice months ago, then you wouldn't have lost money / look like an idiot.
There is no new people in charge, changing your name is misleading, and there isn't an agreement with Seed, it's an MOU.
DavosDave I don't need to save face, I don't hang about on a thread 24/7. Regardless of how the share performs.
