GoCompare.com Group has agreed to acquire The Global Voucher Group, which trades as MyVoucherCodes, and its subsidiaries from Monitise for £36.5m
How did you receive your payment?
Got paid out yesterday. At 0.031. Got a little burnt on this one..... Onward & upwards...
also Barclays (not so) Smart Investor
My payout has arrived (TD direct inv.)
Has anyone trading MONIF been paid yet? If so, what was the exchange rate?
Sorry to hear about your losses. Some valid points. Morgans were shorting this share since the finserv Moni agreement on Jan 1st. AIM borders on the corrupt. It has similarities to greyhound racing. However, my portfolio includes metal tiger. A lot of decisions are based on real time life experiences, I hope your investment in MTR comes good at whatever time you need it. Love peace and harmony.
Have now been paid out by hargreaves lansdown. Does anyone know the lifespan of a ballcock? With 6 billion flushing toilets (to put that into perspective that's a similar amount to the number of mobile phones in the world). That's an awful lot of ballcocks that are going to need replacing. I wonder if fiserv now own the patent? I think I know where my money is going next. All the best people. Best of luck with your endeavours. If you see me on another board. Probably a good idea to get your money out of there asap judging by past investments. Only just realised Also this month had AREVA taken off me by the French government at 4.50 euR (down 70%). Cameco now (down 30%) So if your in VRS or MTR probably best to run for the hills. Won't even mention servision, metminco, and oneview. So my parting gift to you all. If you can't stay away from Aim, don't go anywhere near anything in my portfolio.

Ok Thank you :/
Thant's it. Finito. No more shares, you have been paid in full. Fingers crossed for compensation claim?
Just received payout.. Is this it? do I still hold shares in Monitise which pass over to the company who have taken them over? I haven't been paying attention so have no idea? Thanks
What becomes of having a thieving lawyer as CEO
Logged in to hsbc banking app today. 3 pages of advertisements encouraging use of PAYM. First time in 2 years I've seen that. Orchestrated stitch up. (still trying to get over the habit of looking at this moni board 30 times a day)
Noahs Ark Why do you think Barclays will take weeks to pay out the money? What broker do you like?
Thank you Noah !
Your broker will receive the monies next Friday and you will receive from your broker (depends how long take them to pay out, all broker are vary some broker will same day, few days, Barclays would take weeks I believe. Good luck everyone with other shares.
What now? So far my broker (Shareprice) has received no communication whatsoever from Monitise. Should I just expect the money to arrive from MONI....?
Money will automatically go into your nominee share dealing account. When the company announced that the takeover had gone through, they stated they expected the share-holders should receive the payout within 2 weeks
Food for thought for those still interested in technology stocks ! http://emfsafetynetwork.org/wireless-devices-potential-cancer-risk-says-world-health-organization/ I gather that cancer is lower down the risk table than some other major health disorders that may be caused by microwaves ! Perhaps folk will go back to plastic cards !

I meant to say how do we know it wasn't a good year being hidden
Am I right in thinking that the vote date was set prior to any of the past year's results being released? How do we know it was a good year being hidden?
Yes Pandy, me too. Going to go for Bitcoin now. Better regulation and fair play, that's saying something!! All the best and good health to all here.
I got out at 3.08 beginning of the week, the difference I lost on the 0.02 was not worth the wait, I can make more reinvesting elsewhere this week. I was majorly burnt on this one and also will be staying away from AIM in the future.
Oh well, another AIM share comes to an end with a huge loss. Thankfully this one didn't go bust! Unless you have insider knowledge I'd stay well clear of AIM! Gla

The scheme has today been approved by the High Court in England . Not an outcome that many small shareholders approve of ! C'est la vie and time to move on !
If the trading in moni shares ceases tomorrow I would expect the same for monif when the Nasdaq opens about 2pm our time, but I'm just assuming that will happen.
Thank you Annie. One more: Do you know if this is the same process for 'monif', the shares trading on the American exchange? Thanks.
Next Steps and Expected Timetable The hearing of the petition to the Court to sanction the Scheme is expected to take place on 31 August 2017. Subject to the Court sanctioning the Scheme and the satisfaction or, if capable of being waived, the waiver of certain other outstanding Conditions, it is expected that the last day for dealings in Monitise Shares on AIM will be 31 August 2017, that dealings in the Monitise Shares will be suspended with effect from 7:30 a.m. on 1 September 2017 and that the Scheme will become effective on the Effective Date of 1 September 2017. Cancellation of admission of Monitise Shares to trading on AIM and re-registration If the Scheme becomes effective on 1 September 2017, it is intended that dealings in Monitise Shares on AIM will be suspended at 7:30 am on the Effective Date of 1 September 2017. It is further intended that an application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission of Monitise Shares to trading on AIM, such cancellation to be effective at 7:00 am on 4 September 2017, the Business Day after the Effective Date. On the Effective Date, share certificates in respect of Monitise Shares will cease to be valid and should be destroyed. In addition, entitlements to Monitise Shares held within the CREST system will be cancelled on the Effective Date. It is also intended that, following the Effective Date and after the admission of its shares to trading on AIM has been cancelled, Monitise will be re-registered as a private limited company pursuant to the relevant provisions of the 2006 Act.rom RNS -

Speaking of 12,000£ / 25k £ capital stock minimum british law to establish a company? plus a big Fiserv capital injection and stock plus financial instruments / letter of intent and options ? launched and signed by YESIIs, still outstanding, LOL, payable within a month, to crowdfund and secure the Moni bid and buy.

You caught me. To change the subject. Do you get MVN, Barclays & CO's yesterday's and today's further buying to squeeze another 50,000£, my guess? My trading is simply poor watching that. Missing out great opportunities. Always.
I am sure you must be wrong in that Fanti ? Can you imagine the furore, if it were discovered that Visa were to be complicit in ,what older lawyers would recognise as an expression, a fraud on the minority ! The amount of flack hitting the sky would be a bit like that observed in the defence of St.Paul's Cathederal in the London blitz !

Thanks Annie. The payout of ~3.1; will this be automatic or do we need to proactively sell? Thank you.
Depends on how many shares you have. Sell now at 3.07 plus brokers commission fees or wait a week or so for the 3.10 per share to be paid into your account without the added cost of selling fees

k3 l have never said sell any shares you are making this up " that's one thing l would not do or tell any share holder . put your glasses on when you read my posts the facts are there bye.
maddog38 You said sell at 2.3p. You said the share was worth 1.4p. You said that more than once. I said it was worth more. If we hadn't been shafted, it could have been a lot more. I'm just saying that you were wrong and I was right. That's the truth of it. Call me names if it helps you. I can't admit to ever having valued your opinion. On anything. Have a good evening.
K3 l NOTE TRUE TO FORM YOU HAVE EDITED MY POST AND PICKED ONE OUT THAT you could edit for your own means grow up and stop trying to justify your crap you posted on here " now go and dream on another b/b some were else and feed your Crap,DONK
maddog38 "l kept posting on here to deaf ears l was put down every time l posted the facts not fiction. The ramper on here are a disgrace and they have cost some punters a lot of money" The company is only worth£30 million in buyers asset " What a load of old ****!!!! "k3 l told you to look at wall street and that's the sale value of this company that is going to the wall 1.46 forgive the punt?. l wanted moni to make good but the writing was on the wall 2 years ago, facts are the best form of chat not fantasying and ramping up a company with crap as you lot have don't l hope you people realize that with your ramping bull you have helped new investors lose money. l hope you and your ramper friends feel good about it." So you were saying MONI was worth 1.46p. I was saying it was worth more than the 2.3p at the time. If anyone cost punters money, it was YOU!!! Anyone selling would have lost out on the 3.1p they eventually got. Anyone buying at that time would have MADE money. How does that make you right, you muppet. You didn't even take your OWN advice, holding 350k shares and losing £20k. You need some lessons in LOGIC!!!!!!
The BODs got one thing right, they lined their pockets with gold, whilst making questionable (I'm being kind) trading updates over a very long period of time, that even fooled the big investors. Over out out...

Is there any upside to holding Moni/Monif shares at this point? Can anyone add some guidance here? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
Should the funds just appear in the trading account?

What I cannot believe is the institutions selling out for under 3.6 pence which was the highest price in the last twelve months . Is that not the usual measure of a takeover bid ? We know Fiserv was prepared to pay more ! Shame upon them ! They should have to answer to their own shareholders !

Guesstimation Show me posts which stated that this deal would be voted down.
Most of your posts were ramping the hell out of this share!!
Guesstimation Show me posts which stated that this deal would be voted down.
If anyone had listened to this board, they would be under the impression this deal would be declined and Moni would skyrocket (15p in tax losses everyone!!!) In actual fact, the vote passed easily with no fuss with only 76 shareholders voting against! Great example to be wary of stuff you read here if it is at odds with what is actually happening.

Mayweather made more than $200 million in an hour of swinging his arms and getting bruised. Monitise was sold for $97 million in 10 years of negotiations, partnerships, 2000 people hired and fired, 3 CEOs, and much more. Other than Lee Cameron did anyone else make any significant (7 or 8 figures) money with Monitise?
