Has anyone trading MONIF been paid yet? If so, what was the exchange rate?

Well they now own "the master patent" for mobile banking ;) I'm upset the vote went through but feel very good about not owning such a terrible company any more. Sticking to the main markets from now on! GL all except moni leadership! May they get what they deserve someday.

They ended it. There was one sentence stating it buried in one of the annual reports.

Look a little deeper at the details... retail me nots 2016 rev is close to what moni rev was for the last decade. The payment processing biz is one moni used to be in but is not longer core to the company. I agree we are getting screwed over with this deal but you aren't comparing apples to apples... personally this is a very important vote and I encourage everyone to do their homework and VOTE NO to the current offer!

Where is that stated?

1) NO's only need 25.1% to win the vote. YES's need 75.1% 2) I think ODDO (4.98%) and MVN (1.96%) will be voting NO 3) Only 10% of shares voted in the last AGM. If we get 5 times as many votes for this, that still only represents 50% of shares. That also means ODDO and MVN's votes will represent 14 of the required 25.1% required to win. 4) The PI's on the BB's I read have mostly been against the sale or sold their shares. (LSE, Blueshare,Yahoo) I just don't see any reason to think this will go through in its current form...

At this price I would say Fiserv is stealing us, not buying us... Why do the BOD want to sell us? Look at their plans, as set out in the takeover documentation; they really mean to say Monitise patents are worth nothing! The want out bad! Why else would they sell at this price? Maybe, prospects are worse than has been disclosed. That is why they feel this is a fair price! See what I did there... I don't truly feel that way, just proving your argument only works when you look at it from a certain angle.

I am in the US so significantly less volume, and yes one could always sell but at what price? The market is telling you there is a better chance of this falling apart and crashing than a higher counter offer. The market may be wrong but if I want to gamble with that sort of money I'm going to Vegas... I have had it with this deceitful BOD and this awful company...

I am currently holding 1M (but trying to sell) and plan on voting NO if I am still a shareholder at that point.

They did not turn profitable... They turned EBITDA profitable, BIG difference ... The way the takeover offer was announced it will pretty much ensure no bank signs a long term contract with an independent moni going forward. If a takeover doesnt go through we will be begging 2.9 in a year... I'm not claiming 2.9 is a fair offer but without another interested party we are against the ropes...

The "flushed" theory doesnt make sense... The only people that sold are the ones that think this is worth 2.9 or less and the ones who think no counter is coming and a no vote which would pretty much be the end of moni... On the other hand the only people buying think this is worth more than 2.9... They are really only securing no votes...

You've been right so far... The BOD has been very competent stewards of the company....
