Rather have any planned 'dividend' used to close off some deals or finalise plans around Goldridge etc.
But I suppose it prices the 'gravey train' theory as Rolf would rather have a top up to his disproportionate salary and put more grease on the wheels of said train.
Funnily enough, I was going to post :tumbleweed: today before the interview, and yet still see it as appropriate.
Zzzzzzzz
Unprincipled...obviously

From the MNRG website
'MetalNRG is driven to build a global natural resources business, delivering industry leading returns and sustainable dividends to shareholders.
The company creates shareholder value through indirect and direct investments targeting outright acquisitions, majority stakes, or minority interests.'
I think they need reporting to the Advertising Standards Authority for a gross misrepresentation of the truth!
Hello - is there anybody actually working at MNRG or have they all bu@@ered off early for Xmas.........the radio silence from this lot has been deafening and as usual the only festive gift on offer to the shareholder is yet another year of failings and corporate inadequacy.
Wish he’d got voted out and Spencer’s had got in, he’s done nothing for shareholders and never will
MNRG gold, maybe in Ralph’s teeth?
The gold price (in dollars) jumping up. Maybe the MNRG strategic review going after gold projects is right!
Gold Price in GBP not so impressive, so it might be just the dollar going down...
Vote for someone else.the time is nearly there. Or would people want to lose all of their money..x
They were talking of a RTO which would save the company doing the takeover a great deal of money rather than doing an IPO, it can also be done in a much shorter time frame. So we just have to wait and see what happens.
The sound of silence.
What happened with the strategic review that was meant to be completed by end of September.
No real news yet and how are they going to fund any acquisitions that they identify?
Oh and when are they going to to kick out Rolf who has presided over a train wreck of a company this past few years.
Can't believe that he still has a job.
Prerequisite for any small cap director is to be able to spin the yarn, sell the story. Rolf can't even do that.
How long can you go without actually producing tangible, I think he's about to find out?!
Soil samples out for Gold Ridge at first glance there are some decent results in there.
What is your rationale for 7.00p Incoming Ria20.
This does seem to be unreasonale, especially in the short term.
7p would be a MCap of £86.1M, from a current level of £646k.
This doesn't seem reasonable for this share.

Looks like ria is balls deep in this one, take everything it says with a pinch of salt, a true rampathon!
I was quite impressed I almost spelled Kyrgyzstan correctly.
Simply wall street had fair value at .11 no idea how accurate that would be....still several things we haven't heard about...court costs for the litigation earlier this year also the imc kyrgzstan case.
Here now
And Tembo should complete its transaction this month so news due very soon
Does anyone have a view on the estimated value of MNRG at the point of RTO and as such its the anticipated SP.
ATB
They have their top 3 RTO targets in sight
