yes, the broker is not known as FinnCRAP for nothing. Losing clients on a regular basis it would seem.Recently sacked by another company I have some shares with.
Cnic, showing how it's done with a 50% rise in six weeks....
They can see what building blocks have been put in place and then project forwards to a number of possible outcomes.
A probability of outcome vs return/loss for that outcome.
Just wish my tax rebate hits my account sooner
Lombard throws all the back of the sofa change at MMX. What do they know that we don't? Or they just know what we know and they just keep on buying
Very good news, thanks SB.
YHAL / not in relation to these options which were 100% linked to the share price on publication of the accounts to 31 dec 2018. The performance condition was not met so they have lapsed. SB
Grants generally vest over 3 years at 1/4 of the granted volume every qtr and then become the employee property, at the vest price, for a period of 10 years from the date of grant so long as still employed by the company.
From 2018 results. "The general terms of the share options, under the company share options scheme, vest over 3 years (quarterly vesting, 1/12th of options vest every quarter) and are exercisable over ten years from the date of grant if the employee remains within the company. The outstanding share options at the year end range from $0.07/£0.05 to $0.17 / £0.12 (2017: $0.07/£0.05 to $0.15/£0.12)."
Evening ram / the 2018 tranche expired with the publication of the accounts in April. Next tranche don’t come up for vesting until April/May next year. Next future award probably August this year. As for Eurovision - Iceland - WTF?!! SB
Hi SB, I couldn't find an expiration date on them ones. Can they be carried over into 2019? You're probably right
Not to worry, there will be many more to come soon :-)
Safe to assume the 7.5m 2018 nil price options have lapsed on account of failing to meet the minimum price to trigger the award ie 8.1p. SB
x-o too slow and executes trades at shitty prices .sometimes you struggle to log in when you want to sell fast on a profit warning.not worth it
Go for Iweb bud ,they are decent.
At the beginning of the year 10,500,000 options - Exercise
price – Nil, of which 7,500,000 are exercisable on the
publication of the 2018 financial statements (will vest on a
straight line basis, from a base share price of 8p up to full
vesting of 16p) and 3,000,000 exercisable on the publication
of the 2019 financial statements (will vest on a straight line
basis, from a base share price of 9.375p up to full vesting
of 18.75p). During the year, a further grant of 5,000,000
options were awarded – Nil exercise price – exercisable on
the publication of the 2020 financial statements (will vest on
a straight-line basis, from a base share price of 7p up to full
vesting of 14p).
I wouldn't complain to much if they get the price back to 8-16p range
Sorry, but the word 'Bonus' should be nowhere near. That is a joke considering the decimation of the s/p.
what a mess!
you enjoying Eurovision? :-))

Total warrants outstanding
As at 31 December 2018 the outstanding unexercised warrants in issue were:
Exercise Price Expiry Date

Just expired.

Does anyone think will be over 13p by end of October? :-))
Strange little trade - takes their holding over 118m shares. Good week for sales - 20K plus domains sold including what appear to be some higher value sales. Decent news on adult domain block service. Bit of banter and we are another week closer to concluding H1 and hopefully hearing some good news on the year to date. Good weekend all. SB
It's just when it's in the mid-point of the Bid and Ask. It's usually closer to one or the other which is what makes it display as a Sell or a Buy.
That's also why it's not often very accurate!
I might be having a slow day, but why are some trades grey and marked as neither? One of mine is - also listed correctly.
Yeah, hi bonum, I have been watching that industry for years, it does still command some attention at times. ;-)
Okay, I just thought he was making a foray into the Adult entertainment industry......or other such activities!
All good Rykan ;)
He was only making a suggestion as to what this service might cost, based on Donuts doing the same thing for all of the gTLDs that they own.
