2010-12-24 - Suspension of Listing
Placing is $
something happens...great stuff.
http://investegate.co.uk/Article.aspx?id=201012240730045665Y Downside - suspended. Upside - acquiring good assets and 10 mill GBP placing at 1.75p should see a rise on relisting.
Solid base at 1.5p, buy up to 1.6p.
1.5 to sell. Co sitting on a big resource they hope to JV on: ''The in situ value of this mineral resource at the 1% Pb+Zn cut off grade is estimated to exceed US$925 million at December 2007 prices: Zn US$1.06/lb, Pb US$1.19/lb, BaSO4 US$85/t, CaF2 US$200/t.'' Buy up to 1.6p.
Buy = 1.62. Good chance to get in here at only just above my recommended 1.6 buy price.
Mainly due to poor communication I think. I mean, except that (a) the company seems undervalued, and (b) it's drilling, what do we really know? BAO has been giving monthly drill updates, this lot have been drilling 6 months and given not a peep. Pretty poor in my opinion.
i was in at 1.565 but looking to build a nice holding for myself. Not alot of people on mms boards and wondered why. i have done my own research and dont see why we have a market cap of £4.5M?
I'd say it's relatively undervalued, yes. Mainly I think, because their market communication is really weak, but once they deem us worthy of knowing how drilling's going, we should see some progress. 1.5p seems a very strong base, hence buying up to 1.6p is my recommendation.
Think this company is undervalued?
Which they plan a JV for: ''Which they hope to JV on ''The in situ value of this mineral resource at the 1% Pb+Zn cut off grade is estimated to exceed US$925 million at December 2007 prices: Zn US$1.06/lb, Pb US$1.19/lb, BaSO4 US$85/t, CaF2 US$200/t.'' Buy up to 1.6p.
peers. Buy up to 1.6p.
Good chance to get into this v undervalued company.
what a joke
Is 1.6 - great chance to get in.
Last time you posted you were shorting this?! Good to see sensible buying today, buy up to 1.6p.
2p is too high a buy atm, yes. But if people buy at 1.6ish, they're not locked in - one look at the graph tells you barring a market bear run 1.5 is the base.
Yeah, but I've seen this move a number of times before and then fall back, and always with the big spread. So easy to get locked in. They do have prospects though, unlike some, so happy to keep a few K here despite the siren call of all those other hot shares of the moment. I like the occasional long shot! And yes it was about 2p after costs. I may top up to bring the average down a bit.
I advocated buying up to only 1.6p. And I've made 80% and 25% on this before so I'd suggest it is one you can profit on. But it's the drill news that will move it, potentially, above 2p. It's settled very firmly above 1.5p, so I think buying up to 1.6 is fairly derisked. And I was able to sell my £3k at full bid this AM (not online during work hours so can't comment on later in the day).
In at 2p I'm guessing? Buying over a certain amount costs 2p already so I'm sure it'll come. Given the price rise seems some people were listening to me today. Still think 1.6p is a safe buy here, above that...maybe more of a risk.
Raspberry!!! Lol. Still in here, 25% down and locked in. Hope it will come good eventually.
'' US$925 million'' in ground resource per company website, drilling news expected before year end. Buy up to 1.6p.
Which they hope to JV on ''The in situ value of this mineral resource at the 1% Pb+Zn cut off grade is estimated to exceed US$925 million at December 2007 prices: Zn US$1.06/lb, Pb US$1.19/lb, BaSO4 US$85/t, CaF2 US$200/t.'' Buy up to 1.6p.
