Do you guys even realise why the share price dropped? some of the comments in here are beyond hilarious. try reading the RNS before 'hoping for a bounce'... LOL!
More than likely the multiple 20k shares buyer from yesterday. . ... Unless the buys yesterday were actually someone offloading 50k's worth I'd go with the latter myself Good luck to you
I hope for a bounce for myself and the long term holders.
The chunky buys could be people in too deep and averaging down in last ditch hope, dropped to 4.95p v 5p at the moment so not finished dropping yet maybe!
Hi, just watching in the sidelines and may invest- seen quite a few chunky buys today. will buyers today benefit from the return of share capitol or has the cut off date already been sorted?
Why don't all the trades show on here? Is this normal?
With such a drop will this recover some in the short term folks?
The share premium account of MCG has been reduced by £75 million and the amount so arising will be repaid to shareholders. Payment of approximately 14.673 pence per share will be made on or around 14 December 2016 as a Return of Capital.
Read yesterdays rns. ~15p per share capital return to shareholders
Not sure, just checking it myself
Does anyone have any info on why this has dropped as no RNS to suggest why
https://uk.tradingview.com/chart/MMC/VHpVJw4u/ Please see reasoning in chart. Looking to bid at 18.4p if we get down there for a move to 32p. Price settled at VPOC and heavily rejected off.
No. The disposal news looked interesting to me but when I looked for a few more seconds I realised that it was of no interest to me whatsoever. Just came on here in case a few looked only at the disposal value not what the balance sheet post disposal looked like. Trying to help. My feeling is that it's valued about right now, perhaps a tad optimistically - but maybe AP can be turned around and give some upside. I just posted today as a balance to comments such as "Bagger alert", "Do not miss out." and your own "if they paid all the funds you will receive 25 pence got to be worth a dabble !!"
You don't own any shares do you!! you sad imbecile
You can't calculate what is entirely at the discretion of MMC directors. Now that really is a durrr...
By the way if you were experienced at this you wouldn't guess at figures. you would make a calculation with the figures given to you GLA.
I am finishing work now, i am very happy with my trades today including my buy here GLA.
Chairmans statement. The financial impact of the proposed disposal of KS.retail and consumer goods including profit on sale will be reported in second half 2016 assuming the transaction proceeds. You didn't answer the question are you a shareholder??
You're wrong Arsenal. Assets held for disposal £141m in balance sheet shown today. That includes today's sale "These results reflect the Kurt Salmon healthcare disposal completed on 29 July 2016 and the proposed sale of Kurt Salmon Retail and Consumer Goods business announced today, which are both reported as discontinued operations." My guess at distribution £60-70m. Nothing like your fantasy £120m...
want shares
You must have brains of sawdust , you are getting your disposals mixed up. The disposal announced today will be on the next balance sheet at the end of 2016. One more rude remark and I will filter you. By the way are you invested here or do you go around the site just insulting people.
NO, you have it completely wrong. The balance sheet today reflects the sale. Net current assets is £86.5m (that includes the sales proceeds). Then there are £25.1m non current liabilities. There is nothing like £120m to distribute. Not even close.
You have now become very boring. Goodbye
I don't need to ramp anything, anyone with any sense, can see this share is worth a touch more, than the share price at the moment. Market cap = P X N=. 23X509=117.07 cash at end of sale 129. = 509 x 25.35=129.03. That's without the other business. If your baffled in layman terms, share price not even high enough for the cash only .
With respect, your sentence might be construed as rampy drivel, given that the company has said it WON'T pay all the proceeds. Speculating on something completely different to what the company has said is typical LSE rampy nonsense IMO..
