Meanwhile, the Malawi Minister of Mining is at the Africa Down Under conference in Perth Australia... which I dunno but for seem reason I think is a positive
I was aware but that is very useful - thanks.
Wish I had more funds to add
Id target Nov/Dec for the re-rate, you've possibly got a few more weeks (maybe 6-8 weeks) before 10-11p is gone for good
Market hasn't made the connection yet but its immiment
NdPr now up 15% on the month
Songwe is 2/3rd NDPR
UK pilot plant to be commissioned in 2023, producing an initial 100tpa of NdFeB (so that just increased in price)
GER plant next year + three potential US plants to come from Cotec, all predominantly NdPr (100% refined in china at the moment)
If you are an investor in any critical mineral project, but especially recycling, then you must read this

A key vote for the EU CRMA is next week (Sep 14th) IF this is passed and it looks very likely, then the NdPr recycling market will not only increase ten fold overnight, but security of supply (e-waste goods) will be plentiful
Next steps
'Assuming the CRMA is passed in the Parliament’s plenary session on 14 September 2023, trilogue negotiations will start between the Council and Commission in the hope that a provisional agreement on the file can be reached by the end of the year. The agreement would then be subject to votes on its adoption before becoming law. Based on the assumption that the file would be accepted by lawmakers, we expect it to be published in the Official Journal of the EU by March 2024, where it would enter into force 20 days later. It would be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all EU Member States.'
Neodymium now +15.3% for the month and right on a long-term breakout line - it'll come - it's all for nought anyway without that price picking up ...
Unfortunately the SP isn’t
Morning.
Neodymium up another 10k Yuan today ...
Roadshow... Dunno if anyone here got to go to the SusMagpro roadshow as part of The Birmingham REE event but here is a vid of one of their displays of recycled by HyproMag tech batteries.... vid starts fast then goes into MDA wait mode then speeds up again... hopefully much like SP here :)

They're getting desperate ;)

It's not 'write off' it's 'sign off'... Mkango will sign it off when it suits them and whoever it is partner-wise that is going to be funding the mine and Malawi will sign it off when it suits them too ... Be interesting what Lotus now do with Uranium on the rise...
Why would you write it off. These things take an age to get right but all of the hard work is done. Simple negotiation and patience.
In the meantime the magneto aspect rolls forward too.
Personally the drag on this is purely market sentiment related to REE commodity price drop and cost of borrowing.
The need for REE isn't going away. Just needs time.
If your looking for a quick trade or were. There have been opportunities but better ones elsewhere.
In Malawi*
I'm curious know at what point you would write off the MDA I'm malawi?
I really do see it dragging down the price in this stock. The market clearly thinks either its not coming or there will be huge dilution coming if the MDA goes through. Maybe better to get it off the books, release the shackles and go all in on recycling.
Just a thought.
FYI I am very bullish on MKA
True - I'm still in YCA and going nicely so far.
It's worth keeping Thambani in mind with the uranium stocks on fire...
Sorry if already posted, I was away when it was.....

Neodymium still climbing - now +13.5% for the month and right on a breakout line to my eye - it's getting interesting!

Chart shaping up nicely here now - Neodymium looks like it *may* blow up/breakout soon to boot.

Nice.

I think they must be listening!
Yup - someone is gonna have to talk to someone unless the MMs start printing shares.
God forbid they should actually, y'know, make a market ...
Going to negotiated for me this morning... strange as it's not like mega or any volume...
When Alexander said in the video last month that he is in daily contact with the Ministries of Mines, Justice and Finance is the conversation along the lines of………
‘Morning, how are you?’
‘Morning, all good thanks
‘Speak tomorrow’
‘Yep’
In all seriousness he was very bullish that it is nearly there, ‘final few points’, and we will be ‘updated in near future’. Surely it can’t be long now
Ooh - perhaps he's been tipped the wink then cos I'm as sure as I can be (and have mentioned this before) that any deal with the US military would have to be kept quiet for as long as possible - might explain Friday's MM shenanigans and yesterday's volume.
Neodymium still climbing chaps , +12.6% for the month now.
I think it could be much, much longer than since January. In my memory we are waiting since September 2021.
