"Who 's still in charge ? " - Ibwaiting Diego may still be the head of Minera SA, but he certainly is not in charge. The Peruvian subsidiary was previously 99.99% owned by Minera IRL. But since Diego gave up his single (possibly blocking) share, the parent company now has 100% control. Diego is in effect the local manager. The news posted by AndrewWong is indeed promising, but there is still a way to go yet, and I will be very surprised if the company's shares are listed in April.
On the tsx? Seems by the press as close as April. Will be interesting to see if the markets open at a premium and if the funding is in place I suspect they will
Thanks for finding and posting that Andrew. Dare I say things do seem to be moving forward slowly. It does seem to me that Rio Tinto must have agreed to alter their voting at the postponed AGM and agreed to leave Fryer and Jones in-situ in return for their man Bavin being allowed onto the Board to look after their interests. My shares are held by HSBC at the moment, but I may as well leave them there until it becomes clear which exchange they will be relisted on. Thanks to all who have posted useful information. BTW, I really don't think Jaime Pinto can be the Peruvian lawyer with poa. It would be nice if Minera would tell us though.
........... see link below: http://lawrieongold.com/2016/03/31/minera-irl-appoints-okelly-to-board/ ..
Who 's still in charge ? Money ? Dinero ? From who ? Who has prevailed( ? ) or is it won ? Who told you all this long ago ? Who constantly slammed . berated , cajoled , lied ? Why have you both not slicked away on shame ? Had you been respected in your questions or comments you would have known the how to the answers even though I GVE YOU ALL THE TRUTHFULLY ANSWERS LONG AGO.
and I did some research for you in the last 3 minutes. You are starting to sound like a retard. Find one that suits and go do something. the-international-investor.com/comparison-tables/uk-international-stockbrokers
There's no shares on AIM now.
I'm sure the company will tell us how to trade also I like the bit that states diego is still in charge of Minera irl SA..............
240m still on the table and a much higher gold price then when suspended. Only problem for me is my shares are on aim
....... the right direction. See following link: http://www.incakolanews.blogspot.ca ...
Like u said im just an angry shareholder letting my frustration out on this board to how we have been treated.............
How wrong I was..........
I don't need to wait and see what happens. You told us last week. The company is going into administration - remember.
Ur worse than me now mate.......just wait and see what happens GLA
I had a quick read of the Financial Statement and I picked up on few things. "NOTICE TO READER The accompanying unaudited interim consolidated financial statements have been prepared by and are the responsibility of management. The Group's independent auditor has not performed a review of these financial statements in accordance with the International Standard on Review Engagements for Reviews of Interim Financial Information" (1) Does this Financial Statement need to be signed off by the auditors before MIRL can be admitted to a trading exchange? "The Group has signed a letter of mandate with COFIDE to structure the Senior Debt Facility for up to $240,000,000, under which the Bridge Loan is expected to be refinanced. The Senior Debt Facility is expected to be in place by the end of 2016; however, the availability of the Senior Debt Facility is not guaranteed and its terms, including the size of the facility, are still to be negotiated. The Group may also seek to raise equity funding to reduce the amount of debt and leverage on the Ollachea Gold Project to what is determined to be an acceptable level, and for general corporate and working capital purposes." (2) The status of the COFIDE loan is far from certain, reading this. (3) The possibility of share placing or rights issue is hinted at.
http://www.minera-irl.com/files/images/pdf/2015/MIRL_Q2_2015_-_FS_-_Mar_24_-_FINAL.pdf < is this the delayed one? few things in there but, i guess does not really help with the current status. though it does show D Hodges got paid £102k.. not sure if that's for 2months, or 6 or 12. shame is all a year out of date.
"SP Angel are team diego.......Jones and fryer are the only ones left from the scum" Max, I could not agree more, that is why I found your comment about appointing SP Angel so funny. The problem is that Jones & Fryer have control of the company and Diego is nowhere to be seen. So why would SP Angel want to work for the likes of Jones & Fryer, who they have previously slated? And why the hell would Jones & Fryer consider employing SP Angel after their critical comments about them? If it is all coming good as everyone is saying, then why has Diego not been re-appointed? Or perhaps as Breft has suggested, Jones & Fryer are the good guys, and Diego is the real villain.
Believe more good news is coming..........Kenj
SP Angel are team diego.......Jones and fryer are the only ones left from the scum the other 5 have all resigned(or were they told to go)do me a favour kenj have a GOOD read up WHO diego is and his past u will be quite surprised I for one have apologised to ilbewaiting as I was wrong u will be too.........
"I have a feeling SP ANGEL will be the new NOMAD..........." Quite hilarious Max, you obviously have a short memory. Below is one of SP Angel's comments on MIRL. http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/columns/sp-angel/23729/today-s-market-view-including-amur-minerals-asiamet-resourcesbeowulf-mining-minera-irl-rio-tinto-and-stellar-diamonds "Minera IRL SUSPENDED – EGM adjourned despite Rebels holding >90% of votes, questions over handful of shares • The chairman yesterday adjourned the Minera EGM. We are told the adjournment was over potential irregularities over a handful of shares. • Diego Benavides and his supporters are now forced to wait till the next EGM which can be called at anytime but no later than 17 December. • Long suffering shareholders must now wait, while the company is effectively paralysed, racking up costs at a time when, we believe >90% of the shares have been cast in support of sacking the entire board. • In a further twist: we are also told that a key shareholder has agreed to buy Rio Tinto’s 19% stake and is seeking to be elected to the board Conclusion: Do Turkeys every vote for Christmas? We hope these turkeys get a proper roasting by shareholders when this is all said and done. * SP Angel analysts are expressing their own views and opinions in this analysis. SP Angel has no corporate connection with Minera IRL or its subsidiaries. SP Angel holds no shares in Minera IRL and does not have any current financial arrangements with the company. "
And stop saying team hodges he's well gone........as for Eric Olsen he was the one who signed off(with cannacord genuity)ALL the dodgy RNSs
5 scum have now left minera check out the otto blogg......also bavin and okelly were part if diegos team not Rio TINTOS check out all the information before u post thanks.............
"As for Jones and Fryer were they forced into what they did wrong" So Max, who exactly forced them to elect that nice guy Jamie Pinto to the board after the AGM? And before you answer that, do bear in mind that Jones & Fryer were at that time the only directors of the company. Bavin, who is ex Rio Tinto, was put forward by Diego to keep our largest shareholder onside. He was not Diego's man he was Rio Tinto's, as I have previously stated.
"So long ago i told you DB was cleared of all misconduct . So long ago i told you we won . So long ago i told you this crock of crooks must leave ." Cut out all the cR-@p Ibwaiting, and just tell us who are the crooks that have left recently. The only person to leave is Eric Olsen, a senior manager, but not a director of the company. He has obviously been selected as the fall guy for the two stooges. The new director has been appointed by Jones & Fryer, so will no doubt be their man. This increases Team Hodges power, it does not reduce it. Why has Diego not been re-appointed now that he has been "cleared of all misconduct"? Then ask yourself why did Ramos resign so soon after being elected to the board? The obvious answers are (1) that he could not work with Jones & Fryer, or (2) that he did not trust them. Personally I suspect that the true answer is both. I do not believe that anything is won for the shareholders until the board is purged of this scum.
of certain peoples feelings ! When you enflict that type of psych damage i hope you all ignore this trojan horse . Or you are in on it ? Kenj is .
