He is now director of Westerhall Consultants who's company ethos is "Westerhall Consulants was formed in 2008 to provide businesses with the insight and guidance needed to grow and develop for the long term". They also cover the following areas, (areas that MDC require covering!! Interesting!! Maybe there is a link here? Just my own theories) We offer business consultancy and part-time Finance Director services We provide companies of all sizes with the clarity and focus they need at key points in their life cycle, both in terms of their strategic options and future planning. We work with business owners and their management teams to implement the changes needed and help them to fulfil their potential Our team and network of associates have extensive business and finance experience and contacts, all of which can be brought to bear on the assignments we undertake.
I'm a little confused on one thing though, "Adam Fraser-Harris, Interim CEO of MediaCorp" I've never heard this guys name mentioned before in regards to MDC, so did a bit of digging and found this from a article back in Nov 2012 Media Corporation’s interim CEO Adam Fraser-Harris has stepped down to “pursue other interests”. Phil Jackson will handle the day-to-day running of the firm until a new CEO is in place. So does that mean Adam Fraser left then joined back up again? Surely managent change would require an RNS release to inform share holders? If you look at the management team area on MDC website there's no mention of this Adam Fraser? Anyone got any ideas or theories on this or have you more info on Adam Fraser?
I know what you mean. All I can add is that the article is dated as being written in June 2013, so it's a recent piece of news. Here's to hoping!
this is not a year old, hope i am wrong but the Tote partner launch was signed a year ago and the paragraph below about Eyeconomy is the worry in that it was sold off ( Eyeconomy, that is) some time ago. Desperately want to be wrong so happy to be slated if this is correct. Anyone comfirm this is current?? Regards Mike
http://bonusrepublic.com/racing-post-new-app-intabet-gets-in-bed-with-tote-mediacorp-agency-extends-exclusivity/ Good find mate, for the first time in a few months I actually feel positive about this holding now!!
Great find we would hope that the show did them good as it reads quite professional. I googled bonus republic racing post and it went straight to it. Has anybody heard anything at all?
not able to give link but try ... bonusrepublic racing post app.also piece on eyeconomy.hope this takes us forward.
Great post mate, some good theories, really hope this turns good.
John, I think the last RNS was so involved in content it has had a slightly numbing effect in the interpretation of which direction it could go in, ambiguous in the very least, and yet hope in the sheer volume of possible deals, mergers, buyouts etc. After reading it several times the comment on basically whatever happens transaction wise that it would likely lead to the sale of the existing business but have to be put to a shareholder vote has left me wondering if a shareholder vote can take place before it re-lists ( as it is suspended from share dealing/trades etc ) or that it has to re-list with the deals/intentions put forward in the re-list RNS so that the vote is then able to take place. My interpretation is that some sort of cash injection will take place and something of the existing business has to be sold for that to happen. I believe that the Bank Hol Monday will be got out of the way first before any RNS is issued and the likelihood is the 1st Mon in Sept will be a defining moment, whatever the content. There simply is not a lot of time left anyway before we hear. Regards Mike
Is everyone like me sat here hoping that some of what has been said over the past week or so going to come true?
I really hope we get one soon as I am more confused than scooby doo,has there been a deal or not,is mdc back on or not urrrr
Serbian links with Vamasoft! Really confused now...!
Logged as an active ltd company on Companies House under Phil Jackson. So, Media Corp Plc, Goal Millions, Intabet Ltd (incorporating ? betcomparer.com, ? intavegas), Vamagaing, The Weather Lottery Plc, Poseve Group, Prize Provision Services Ltd and possibly more...!!! With Boxnation and Totesport. Phil Jackson and James Rose entwined in all of these in some way. I'm definitely confused as to what and how this is going to play out!
Something going on here too http://poseve.com/ Was owned by James Rose, now part of TWL. http://www.investegate.co.uk/weather-lottery-the---twl-/rns/acquisition--issue-of-equity---director-appointed/201305240700064868F/
