Agree not good, but didn't really expect any different. Ireland really needs to get going again for any significant improvement
The August Interim report is out and its not good news. Dont think there was anything positive about it, thimgs are expected to stay bad for the forseeable future. I am just glad I didnt panic buy when the SP jumped 40% last week. http://www.mcinerneyholdings.eu/investors/news_events/
i can just feel 30p in my bones!!!
I meant good LUCK not look lol
Not holding at the moment. You got to decide whether to sell or not, like i said earlier i cant see why the big rise, but lots more volume today so maybe someone knows something. Says results out monday, although someone told me out tomorrow, will make interesting reading and at least if it is monday then you will get an opportunity to divulge info' before trading on tuesday. Whatever you decide i wish you look in this
got the opportunity to sell at 24p but decided i will wait. ive been holding on a while so i hope its not me being sentimental with mci. have you sold??what do you reckon i should do?...
You still in here? I cant find any info' why the price has risen the way it has the last couple of days. Like i said earlier their was a board meeting/conference yesterday, so something positive must of come out of it. They may re-write land values but still can't see this making a lot of difference to results. What i hear is the UK side of things are keeping Ireland going. Resaults will be interesting
The SP will retrace a bit to around 20 IMO. I wont miss the opportunity again. I just need to free up some cash!!
been on the ireland website looks like in their grand sale they've managed to sell enough house imo.I feel this will convince banks that mci is ok for the future and well positioned to take advantage of market upturn which is v.soon
Dont know where Ireland will get the funding from. Ireland is totally skint.
we have interim results and funding in ireland to come in september.im guessing that if interims good mci will inevitably get funding for ireland. i'm glad ive stuck around and intend to to so.
Does this mean the SP will jump more once the results are released? Is it worth waiting for a retrace?
Apparently their was a board meeting in Ireland yesterday with a presentation so must of went down well
I am crawling up the wall with frustration because I had the opportunity to buy a few days ago at 14p and decided not to...
Something going on here? I know interim results out Monday but can't see them being anything but bad. Any news anyone?
Noone really sure of date for interims but general feeling is they will be released later than August, will keep you updated if i hear anything
got itchy fingers this afternoon so got a few thousand more.My gut instict tells me that a recovery in share price should come v.soon.price has fluctuted between 8-13p for too long.
i reckon funding malarkey will mean sp wont be going anywhere soon.but medium term hop this one pays off.
imo i can't really see the interim's being very good. They only have finance until September in Ireland and March in UK, they are in the middle of sorting that now, and i think if they get a good deal, then that should be the news to push these up. The uk are doing 'ok' and are pritty much holding there own, but i believe Ireland are still struggling and are depending on the UK side of things
Ive been getting bored with researching new companies to invest in recently so ive decided to invest more on the gamble that interim results will be good. as i write this, i realise how stupid that sounds so maybe not....who knows...
Sorry mate i'm not to sure, but finals were a lot later than expected so may even be september. Will see if i can find out for you, but will be next week
Do you knw exact date of interim results this month? thanks in advance
