Charts look very bearish. I'm thinking high 40s could be a good punt and below the IIs but still in doubt.
Shorts in total control now. With no rate cuts until nearer an election this could easily go to the 30's with a co-ordinated short attack. Crazy as that sounds.
You would think a bid at above what the cosmens were buying at.
What a dog crap investment this turned out to be so glad I never averaged down when the company started failing otherwise my l
If they do have to bid the highest price in the last 12 months ? (I'm no expert) --- Using the one year graph it looks as if they
would have to wait until at least early August if they wanted to bid around 90p or until after January 2025 if they wanted to try lower.
I guess the price is what the II’s will accept. I assume they are not going to be happy after no doubt being told that “all is good and will be sorted 2024” . Turned out not to be true. What will they accept?
Very disappointing what's everyone's thoughts on minimum bid price?
We will see another TR soon for all the buying from the day of results onwards.
At this point a bid will be excepted no matter what it is....they have played this right, unfortunately it will not be a good outcome for us.

Think it was obvious they were buying yesterday given the PM, guess we will know when they start again.
This seemed to plummet this morning when the newsflow about Labours plan to nationalise the railways spread.
Stockepedia did a small news feed which showed up as an alert for Mobico.
I would have thought that if he is going to make a move, he would mop up what he needs whilst in the 50s, unless we head down to 40s.
JG - I doubt they had the detail of the extent of the mismanagement and catalogue of errors.
There is value in it to spin out the respective operating units and for Cosmen to keep Alsa.
To be honest this has to now be broken up to realise value. The confidence is shot, value is on the floor. Its still an attractive area of investment with a proactive and competent board. I doubt they will be given the space and time to turn this around in its current format.
Its just a case of who makes the money now and its not going to be long term holders.
Guessing to drive the s.p up to 90s and stop anyone else from bidding ? Smart move if you ask me just wish I saw it and got out at 90p.

It's making me wonder why he purchased so many millions of shares in 70s and 80s if he was truly well informed?
I hope he mops up the remaining % so we can all get out quicker than another 2 years.
Reckon minimum 75p. Will try their luck.
Agree and might explain why CEO is still here. If he has any decency he would resign today. They've put no pressure on him, no reason to on their behalf and they're happy to steal at a low price. We retail investors will lose out.
What do you guys think the offer will be, at minimum?
No long term recovery now, it will be long gone. This has been mismanaged down to the levels we are now at. Cosmens will get their way at a price they will scarcely believe was possible a few years back.
I cant see anyone putting money in to this unless they are seeking to take it private. Why would they invest tens of millions just to block. They are deal making.
A year or so ago you would have said £1.80 was stealing it. They will now get it at a significant discount to that.
Some sort of consortium bid? Americans, Europeans and UK.
Looks like more buying from Cosmens has started especially if it goes near 56p again. Well find out tommorow
One thing for sure the board have certainly played a blinder for the Cosmens.
Death by a thousand cuts with no end in sight.
Highest they must have paid in the last 12 months, Feb 2024, c.85-90p so unless something material positve happens that could be the best outcome apart from a long haul recovery.
Any further bumps in the road ahead, wage increase demands, heaven forbid ALSA doesn't have a splutter though that would suit the Cosmens as the sp would plunge
