The CEO obviously doesn't agree. The market prefers insiders buying to selling, but doesn't look like many holders are selling on this news, just the MMs taking the price down.
Grudgingly, I have followed the CEO.
Oh, well, OMI is waking up now, already up 16% on TSX!
Trade it if you want to try and trade it but patience will not be beaten here.
Taking chips off the table, very wise. This is going to be the pattern in my opinion, get in when it dwindles down and take profit when next IPOs/investments are announced as the SP will inevitably rise on such news.
RNS out CEO sold 3m which is why the sp is dropping. Still holds 9m.
LSE not showing RNS' due to being ****
2.46 to sell is the MM’s having a laugh
No placing. A director has sold 3m shares today.
Marechale Capital Plc (AIM: MAC) announces it was notified today that, on 6 and
7 September 2021, Patrick Booth-Clibborn, Chief Executive Officer, sold a total
of 3,000,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 2.75 pence each in the
Company.
Following the disposal of shares, Patrick Booth-Clibborn's beneficial holding
in the Company is 9,076,865 ordinary shares representing 11.28 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
Why would they need to do a placing? If they did it would mean they wanted to make another investment which would life the SP
I was hoping for more exciting action today. Oh well, I'm getting some over at OMI, which has just restarted its rise.
Could get a quote to buy for £10k at 2.749p. Where's all this stock coming from? But can't sell under £1000.
I myself have no idea why the sp is so low at the moment with yesterday’s news I really thought 4p would be history and 5p plus by end of the week
See what happens but being red this morning is very strange maybe a few sellers from yesterday’s rise taking some profit onwards and upwards
Before the bews yesterday we were calued at 1.36 million, now with an extra 1.8 million brings us to 3.16 million which should be a share price of just under 4p
I did think this would of gone over 4p to be honest but the week is early
I count myself lucky to some how missed out yesterday, would have been down at least 35%. Hoping to get back in when Td sort my account out.
2.80 and rising.
Looking forward to the tomorrow, should be another good day now the news has had time to get absorbed
Looking forward to tomorrow!
This why invest in aim shares days like this. The one regret not investing more in Mac .had considered buying more recently.watching another share where a twenty thousand buyer been buying shares.bought more of it last week it down around three percent today....still expecting news at it soon. missed out on more money at Mac today.....
Patrick Booth-Clibborn, CEO of Marechale Capital, commented: "This transaction is an exciting addition to the Marechale portfolio and bolsters our exposure to the renewable energy markets. As the UK and Europe set their sights on a carbon neutral future, the role of lithium in electric vehicles and green technologies will continue to grow in importance and we are delighted to have assisted Weardale Lithium Limited as it starts to explore the presence of lithium in the north of England.
"As highlighted in our recent results, Marechale is strengthening its balance sheet and we have a healthy pipeline of new corporate finance projects ahead of us. We are excited by the potential upside for a number of our corporate finance clients where we have founder equity and warrants."
Long term holders taking profit, and buying on a huge blue day is usually a mistake (it certainly has been for me historically!). Wait for the retrace and get back in, this has plenty more investments in the pipeline it seems which should yield some impressive value growth.
Nothing. Mac is a penny stock and flies around.
Was thinking it would be worth waiting this out but theres too much happening elsewhere at EUA & FOG. By trying to be patient here I lost out today.
Looks like a massive sell off going on. I didn't expect to be 20% down on a £2m mcap Lithium stock. What am I missing?
My td account got blocked . I am gutted as I needed to buy more .
