Have posted correction already Phoebus. Thought I was on PVR board.
£10K a week? CEO of PVR maybe, but not LOGP. Annual running costs are about £360K all in and admin costs last year were only £193K. This is a very lean company.
Just unbelievable than DCCAE haven't got Sean Canney to sign off the permit yet.
Wrong board. Was referring to O'Reilly over at PVR
Fat lot of good that will will do us. Meanwhile the CEO clocks up anothet £10,000 weekly pay packet.
We should at least get an extension rns as the date was until today so all still to play for
Extension of Backstop Date
As at close of business on 26 July 2019, no funds had been received in the Company's account. However, the Company has been provided with a copy of further documentation provided to APEC's funders (the "Payee") by HSBC showing that US$10 million has been debited from the Payee's account for payment to Providence's designated account. The documentation confirms that the payment date is still pending due to final processing by HSBC. Accordingly, to facilitate this, the Barryroe Partners have agreed to a backstop extension of on or before August 2, 2019.
Unless you have a small position this is not a stock to trade IMO.
Rbtrader you are not very subtle
.....which Monday I'm not quite sure!
After hours RNS?
I expect the bod are the same as us every day hoping that email is going to come in
Well logp have proof from HSBC that the payment was submitted,
I’m in the camp where I think when it comes they’ll come together, funds and permits, must say am very nervous,
But just be a bottom drawer share if it doesn’t come off this time.
Glad not an after hours RNS or during hours as these always tend to be bad news from my experience.....
But what will tomorrow and Monday bring, surely not another push back as no money takes this long to materialise......gla
Oiler we are right at the end of a long hard slog but just at the beginning of a very exciting time, stop being lazy its not difficult to grasp the basics here
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/LOGP/
Oiler' post always have a sly deramp, to try and get a better entry price.
He was being sarcastic bigbench.
It is clear Oiler hasn’t got a clue what is going on or the terms of the FOA - he is just here to spout rubbish.
Cant see any of that happening just yet... permits and cash arrival need to be sorted.....Cant believe its Friday again tomorrow!
Oh wow Oiler, thanks for bringing that to my attention. Guess they'll have to do a placing? Maybe 500 million shares at 1p each? Or maybe the farm-out agreement covered this, if either of us could be bothered to read it. But, hey, whose going to put any effort in before taking a punt with their own money? Dude, go on their website and take 10 to 15 minutes if you're thinking of investing.
Honestly think the money will not be released to PVR until DCCAE issue the permit. I can quite understand why the Chinese would do this, what with An Taisce's shenanigans, and the Irish Govt declaring a climate emergency.
Its difficult for the board as its out of their hands and we are reliant on the word of a third party... id be gong nuts if I was waiting this long for promised funds to reach me.... all the assurances in the world don't mean anything until the cash is safely in the account but its not our call..i hope it drops on Friday so we can all crack on..permit news would also be welcome!!
If they do another extension on the funds its going to look dodgy it can't take this long still think they are waiting on the permit.
Its due anytime but I've been saying that for 3 weeks...…. il be right one day... hopefully tomorrow!
Gone NT to buy,
Money must have come in!
Gotta be this 3rd week!
