Around £10.20m shares in issue post consolidation. Sitting on £3.3m market cap currently, Just the VirtualStock holding is worth 2-3 times of the current market cap of Eight Peak Group, if it get listed on a minimum of 500m valuation we are looking at atleast 10x-15x multiple of current market cap of Eight Peak Group. Everything else on the portfolio is a bonus.....Grossly undervalued.....

RNS just issued
The change of name to Eight Peaks Group plc will be effective once Companies House has issued a certificate of incorporation on change of name, which is expected later today.
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the name Eight Peaks Group plc will take effect from 28 September 2018, and the Company's ticker will be changed to '8PG'.
The Company will also launch its new website on 28 September 2018, which can be viewed at www.8pg.co
If my calculations are correct 32p would give us a los of approx 15.2% so dormanlong, in the nicest possible way, I do hope your wrong.
Being excited by numbers (sad I know) there is no reason the Friday price should not be 37.75p but I have a feeling, in my water, that this consolidation will just offer scope for further reductions in the share price.
What we need is some really good news from VS to set this share on an upward trend.
I have just bought a few more shares today,so the amount is divisible by 23,763.Unless they give out some good news I expect the share price will be around 32p. my long term hopes are for VS and IBS. atb D
By the end of the week I need the new share price to be at least 37.75p to avoid any further losses.
Anyone care to guess what it will be?
I'm guessing at 36.4p but I hope I'm wrong.

Thanks for the info. Nice to see vs is moving according to plan they mentioned. Let’s wait and watch about listing NASDAQ next year. More updates to come, bigger and better.gl
I don't know that anyone has noticed, but Vitualstock is expanding very fast, very low key at the moment with news, but the offices have now opened in New York no news announced on this. More staff employed now as well. We have two headquarters now, One Valpy, 20 Valpy st. Reading RG1 1AR UK AND 90 Broad st. 2nd floor, New York NY 10004 US... We also now have satellite locations in Ukraine, Macedonia, Poland and South Africa, growing very fast now....
I wouldn’t give a toss if I had no faith and invested here. Why would somebody loose their time and sleep where not needed and hardly have any respect. Get the time right and slice the profit as when you can. Leg has given given the profit by the rise and fall of the share price. Few months now, it hasn’t. Having said the potential and ability has been always consistent. I have trust and I am invested. If not I wouldn’t be here challenging people opinion for no reason. Help your self!!!!!
Is, was and always probably will be a total dog.
Its track record is abysmal, the chart is abysmal as is its BOD.
"Unicorns".
Dream on !

All very interesting of course but nothing we don't already know. The only thing to get the sp moving is buying as we cannot expect a rerate until VS raises more cash which may well be on floatation perhaps in the next six months. If you have time then picking up cheap stock at around 0.10p pre consolidation could be very rewarding if you take a twelve month view. Turn £20k into £60k in twelve months not bad I reckon.

This one is one of the sleep giants in terms of junior investment company in AIM. Some of the current users of VirtualStock includes Tesco, Dixon Carphonewarehouse, NHS VS is a scalable unicorn in a making.... All eight peak needs is one home run and VirtualStock in its portfolio is the one that would bring it....
In 1-2 year time if VS does reach a unicorn status post listing, then that's £5-£7 book value of Eight peak (LEG) based just on VS. It's time would come. Till then happy accumulating....
As I understand it, the main purpose of the New Deferred Shares is simply to keep the nominal value of the capital unchanged. Since they have no value, they shouldn’t affect the value of the New Ordinary Shares (the ones which will be traded), which should simply be worth 377x more than the current ones.
Sam thanks for your reply. Not convinced however so I'll read up some more later. My head says what's the point of the deferred shares in that case and why do they add up to the current value? I read it as holders under around £25 will be those bought out at and will miss a few £ (literally) and there's over 2,000 of them. However if I had <£25 on here i wouldn't be bothering with bulletin boards! Nevertheless the BOD are doing the same with their own shares and that's reassuring.
Good morning all
cretes, one of us has got this wrong.
These two clips on the RNS imply, to me, the deferred shares are almost useless
"The rights attaching to the New Deferred Shares will be minimal and such shares will not carry any voting or dividend rights"
"The New Deferred Shares will not be listed or admitted to trading on AIM"
My understanding is that the new ordinary shares (10,188,255) are the ones that will be traded and they will need a trading price of at least 37p to value LEG to bring it back to its current level.
The deferred shares (485,155) will have a NOMINAL value of £7.90 but they cant used to vote with, traded or receive a divi, so in effect are worthless.
Apologies if Im wrong.

This is my understanding of the consolidation. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
30,000 existing shares will become 1 interim share plus 6,237 ordinary shares which will be sold off at .001p
The 1 interim share will then be subdivided and become:-
63 New ordinary shares and 3 deferred shares
Nett result, you start with 30,000 shares trading at .001p = 30.00GDP
You end up with
63 shares to trade at the new price of 37p = 23.31 GDP
6.23 GDP less dealing charges (so probably zero)
Plus 3 shares that you can't trade but LEG (or 8 Peaks) may buy back at a later date.(so probably zero)
So a big loss
The maths are the same for any amount of shares.
8,000,000 will become
336 interims and balance of 15,632 sold giving 15.63 GDP (less dealing charges)
336 will then become 21,168 shares at 37p = 7,832.16 GDP
Plus 1,008 deferred shares worth probably feck all.
Again a loss unless Zaf pulls a rabbit out of the hat and buys back the deferred share.
Hope this helps.

afternoon DURV'' nice to see a friendly face... yes still here yes I too would like to see
this taken of the market at these levels until after consolidation
but good news keep coming RNS no 2...… hope it past 0.20p before 26th sept that would mean a higher SP IE over £1 as 37p seems a bit cheap...

Hi maidit308, nice to see you are still here. Only Zaf can answer that. Sad to see the sp this level. Cant wait for consolidation soon as possible and proceed further. Worried and exiceted both .Gl all. Snooze mode on.
morning all ….. still not sure how 30k shares turn into 63 shares????
If a Shareholder holds 30,000 Existing Ordinary Shares at the Record Date, such Shareholder will, following the implementation of the Consolidation, hold 63 New Ordinary Share derived from 23,763 Existing Ordinary Shares with the remaining 6,237 Existing Ordinary Shares forming a Fractional Entitlement. Assuming that New Ordinary Shares are sold at 37 pence each, such a Shareholder will receive proceeds of sale of GBP6.11 less the costs of sale and administration. If the costs of sale and administration are GBP1.12 or more, the Company will keep the proceeds because they will be less than.........

New York office this summer and contacts with few companies. Nasdaq listing around 18 months time . More NHS trust joining with Vs also about Germany. Vs recent money raised recently. I think lot going to happen soon. Before this leg changing name from leg to eight peak and share consolidation. I think Zaf have a plan to get this sp going with different stragedy at least to it correct market valuation.

Thats one long consolidation rns out after close! So makes sent but the small holder is being rinsed out...so you better get buying to get to 24k shares...
CC, I agree. NAV currently is about 0.175p per share and a doubling of VS’s valuation would see it reach c0.35p pre-consolidation, or c100p post, as you say. We have a year’s growth in VS to bring in on top of the current valuation, which would become transparent if and when it goes for a listing. Cash in the bank is adequate to keep the lights on, if not to make new investments. Definitely some value to be had.
Post consolidation, there would only be 8.8m shares in issue and around 36p share price. A £125m valuation of virtualstock mean the book value of leg would be 100p just on the strength of virtualstock holding. Everything else is a bonus. I see value here....and with a limited total shares in issue post consolidation, there could be a explosive bull run. (Especially considering virtualstock's stock floation plan.) CC is going to double down here....

Net profit £664k (2017: loss of £281k)
Net assets higher at £6.5m
MCap £3.64m
Kadavul - confused by your post.
Report clearly says it's paid, in a couple of places:
"The Company does not have any material exposure to interest rate. The Company had a facility at a fixed interest rate of 10% which has been paid"
"The loan including interest was repaid in June 2018, post the year end."
What gives?
A new name with the share consolidation at the AGM.
.... still 10% interest loan payments.
... soon the share dilution of the new company.
Soon the VR floated the better.
Positive update, but little disappointed with the share consolidation and change of name. Let’s see where we go. Will be holding . Gl all

Sad to hear the losses. Great to know that Zaf has made successful investments which I never doubted. I am expecting string of positive update from vs , particularly from Ibs before and after the consolidation. I am pretty sure that he is going to get IBS success personally with the help Eight peak and vice versa. As per the price going down, I am willing top up, profit from Pfp. Just little disappointed as I wasn’t expecting consolidation right now especially the change of name. Attachment with the name Leg to eight peak. Feel like crying but profit are profit.
0.08p to sell.
my investment is more than 50% down.
Karim investments were so many hundreds of times higher in VR, IBS and income from LEG and all other companies.
He can't loose..
