We are not talking about me He clearly can run a business, thst i do not deny. Its just the fact that he seems to be running one for the benefit of himself and a few mates who hold a massive ammount of ridiculous warrants (for extending 30k loans) and inside knowledge has been used to stuff all PI shareholders not just me. The 1m placing has gone....where has it gone ? Why didnt we invest it ? We are an investment firm whos directors own nearly as much of the investments as the investors. What are the positives that you have to say about this director ? Are his interests alligned to ours by taking his massive pay from a firm With no income ? Do you agree we should have extended hundreds of millions of warrants by years ? Over 30k loan? This just ensures that any gains are only realised by the warrant holders. What obout our core investments? Bosques ? No news for 2years and 3 months. What has he actually done well do you think ? I dobt even credit him withVS as he is supposed to be the energy expert while reuner was the it man.
From the same link. You are in a market that is geared up for you to lose 90% of your investment in the first year. Today we have total strangers giving out advice, telling you the share is the next best thing since sliced bread. We have other people saying sell as a placing is coming, the company is bankrupt, or the CEO cant run a business. Let me guess which one applies to you.... 🍉
That fits the greddy little CEO of this firm "But wait it gets worse, the very company you have researched and TRUST with all your money turn out to be a life style venture for the CEO, Directors and they dilute all your investment to the point of it being worthless. They raise cash in discount placings, but of course you will never know when this is happening unless you are on the gravy train"
How true it is! I hope the FCA get involved in policing the AIM asap!!
Why would you take a loan out with 10% interest anyway? What was the loan used for ? Pay
Accordibg to post below are the largest holder. Also the same company who we repaid thr 250k loan back to last year.... .manipulation ahem warrants ahem
7million you say? Now thats not a bad return at all for a few years work using other peoples money. What a shame the people who actually invest will not be rewarded at anything like that kind percentage
pI only own. 3.6% i own 1% myself all on my own
Your number to include our other investments (lol)
Invested at a valuation of 58m. Since VS is not listed, that is its current value. All else is speculation
At the bottomof this page it shows reuner 10m karim 55m and counting. Thst said they have a stack of unexercised warrants thst theu will pay themselves wheb the price rises.
Sorry Soup I was teasing SL and Ken. They do like a good whinge and I was giving them a couple of bullets to flre. My back-of-a-fag-packet calcuations and ignoring our other investments says our 0.18p share price values VS at £75M. And while Beauforts have a valuation of £178M its also plain to see that they have their fingers in the same pie so they will inflate lt it to suit themselves. Saying that, if VS does ever reach £200M I'll be more than happy with my LEG 0.48p share. And a £410M valuation would start the 1p party people buzzing. Lets hope tonights winners invest heavily in the NHS and some of that money filters its way through to us LTH's. 🍉
The question really is whether VS should be valued at £200m? We know that they have revenues of £1.35m That works out at 22p per share in VS. So if we apply a healthy p/e ratio of say 60 to that we get a valuation of £84.5m. Which means LEG stake is worth about £5.8m or about the current sp. To achieve a £200m value VS would be trading on a mulitple of 142! Until they show they can start to earn money from these contracts they won't be valued at such a level. Unlike tech companies such as Snap etc, VS don't earn from advertising, they solely earn on transaction.
If we value VS at £200,000,000 that makes LEG worth approx. £14,000,000 Karim personally owns 2.7% of VS = £5,300,000 Karim personally owns 11.3% of LEG = £1,580,000 So even a £100,000 salary will be chicken feed to our director as he counts his £7,000,000 🍉
This is who, I believe, the major shareholders were on 16/9/16 It is only a guide to help ease the argumentsand must not be 100% trusted due to warranty issues since then. Nothing positive to say on this share ? Only critisism for me not knowing exactly who the top owners are..... Someone tell me in wrong about karims strategy here ..that is to take the vale out of the share before it's even earnt anything
Owned 9.2% i believe. Not sure what they get paid since then.....almost dont wa t to look / know
Claimed to be a professional unlinke some jokers! Happy with the tag amateur, its hard to tell who owns what these days after all the dilutions. When i invested i think karim had 55m shares, wattanetd for lots more at o.1 and 0.25 and 0.35. By the way you are also an amateur, just saying. Research means nothing when the ceo manipulates the stock as here. Look at sp
I'm all for constructive criticism, but not doing even the most basic research yet claiming to hold for years is just amateur.
But there biggest investor is pronably karim himself or the broker beaufort (fraudsters)
Well said. Why don't the big investors get rid of him?
Want to fund/donate zafar karims estate, buy this firm. The company owns 7% of VS, its only ever successful investment in the history of this investment firm. However do not be fooled into thinking thst you are buying a percentage of VS as Karim will ensure that you shares are diluted and re-distributed. Your money will dissapear into a black hole and your investment stake will be manipulated by the bod and redirected to their own personal accounts through warrants, sky high pay and expenses. I have watched them come back to the market for 1m pounds twice now. The first time to increase stake in VS and the second time....god knows why...pay. Yet we have issued 100's millions in warrants for pay and and unpaid loans. Its a disgrace im afraid.
