I guess you guys are bored because advfn is down?
Good point - they're not mentioned on the website. John Lewis, DBA, Maplin, Tesco, Ricoh, The Works, Metapack, Office Depot, Office2Office, Bear Grylls are.
Don't recall seeing B&Q mentioned as a client before?
Excellent articles. Thank you Soupdragon.
I'll get my dates right. Part 2 was released today. http://spendmatters.com/uk/virtualstock-part-2-edge-nhs/
I don't think it's right time to sell. VS and NHS could come good then expected. Yes when the Sp was at 40s I could see the reason. Other then that not a single share will leave my portfolio at present.gl

So you 'saw' potential, which infers you don't anymore. As this has changed why did you decide not to sell? For me, there still is potential, VS have only just started to get into a position to monitise their product. They may succeed, they may fail. But if at any point I see my criteria not being met then I sell, no if's no buts, no emotions wails.
Own 12,500,000 at an average weighted price of 0.127. Now answer my question, if you don't like being in the dark, why do you stay invested here?
Because i saw potential. Im ****ed because i saw the bod take a lot of value out for no reason
How much do you own and at what price
Again its a question of fundamentals. If you don't like it, why are you invested here?
VS pricing documents for the NHS are available online, it would be odd to have a contract that didn't relate to their pricing policy don't you think?
Are in the dark and you like it fine. I would prefer to have more to look at than karim rewarding hiself and his friends
Regards pay per click on nsh or whatever...but dont talk down to me about contract terms as you have never even so much as seen one and you have no idea weather all of the contracts are written That way or not.....because no one tells you !
Im not on a personal crusade agaisnt karim. Id be unhappy if any ceo acted this way keeping pi in the dark and diluting massively to get paid. We need news not value extraction
It's very simple. It is akin to "Pay per click". The bigger the turnover, the more income for VS.
VS are a private company, they have no obligation to release that info. I'm comfortable investing in small private companies and accept the limitations. Sounds like its not for you.
What contracts do VS still have ? Bear grills ? Maplin? Mothercare? Lol you dont know because they dont tell you if the client renews or not. If an RNS is justified to say we have a New client...theyy shoukd also say when the client renews or not. I dont claim to be an expert i expect the investmebt firm to keep us upto date. In the 1m placing RNS we were told leg is concentrating on core investments. Bosques was mentioned in the rns but we as investors have been told nothing since march 2015 when zaf told us that some plants had produced saplings. Not much of a core investment is it. Esp when we have no news on anything else either
Basically LEG are a one trick pony, and that pony has yet to prove it can do tricks. The LEG sp won't do much until that time regardless of whether you like Zaf or not.
I fundamentaly dont understand.
"Even when we do get VS news they dont even say size of contract or duration....just nothing" That shows that you fundamentally don't understand how the VS system works, especially for someone who claims to have been invested for 4 years. Its the most basic research. There is no contract value as the client only pays a nominal sum. VS earns from the supplier side for quantity of transactions. Therefore no contract size is determined.
"Karim isn't finished with warrants yet there are a but load more at 0.25 and 0.3" Yes, those are included in my figure of 204,700,000 outstanding warrants, which represent a further dilution of circa 7%.
Our chairman will do something in the interest of the sahreholders ?by that i mean PI not alcazar pte. Ive never seen anothrr firm realease an RNS saying ive boosted my pay and bought a pc. Is that supposed to be news? This is meant to be an investment firm. Where is the investmebt news? Even when we do get VS news they dont even say size of contract or duration....just nothing
The point was you are guessing at valuations. id just like to throw in a guess about how much more dilution we will ge on the next rise. Karim isn't finished with warrants yet there are a but load more at 0.25 and 0.3 Id like to see what the share price was before all of these dilution as that is what it shoukd be now. No point in thinking the price will rise when we have already watched him suck the value out of the share. With these warrants its alllset up for them not us
