Stock, The other problem is is that not even the market know how to value the company - a paucity of clear-cut numbers hinders said exercise.
Tro, Reported - for asking for an onion.
Shame it is suspended as I think we'd have seen a decent rise on the back of the receipt of $1.7 million RNS
Morning Peeps......!
Tro, we need to get crackin on wiv "focus on our primary business of building value for shareholders through the development of the high grade Diamond Creek organic phosphate mine in Utah"
Still a bit icky at the US$240,000 severance payment that was not known about until this week, but it it was it is.........!
All the best (lets sell some high quality organic phosphate........! yeah :()
Woohoo didnt expect that at this time on a suspended trading day and as quick although it does bode well for the potential of the further consultancy fees in the future but this news on a proper trading day would surely have given the SP a good kick in the pants, mibby a rerate after suspension then :) ATB

We really really need to know what level of profitability/sales KRS are running at now and in the near term but also what they're projected to be in the future as we had advance repeat orders for 700T of the good stuff per month until last month. Seems like they like it shrouded in mystery. Hopefully all will become clear soon and to our benefit. $1,700,000 - $1,040,000 = $660,000 for KRS operations @ DC. Could've been worse. :o).
Well it's certainly a relief, that's for sure. I must admit though I was a tad concerned that the BoD had made a huge mistake by not having a contingency plan for the payment due on the 1st July.
However, my personal belief now is that they did not feel the need for such a plan, that they knew their relationship with the superiors in TOGO was "sound", and they knew they were going to receive the money (even earlier than agreed).
It's not often you find yourself in bed with a company that has such a good relationship with a country such a TOGO (not wanting to sound derogatory BTW).
This is significantly derisked now, and I will be adding to my holding at the earliest opportunity!
I did do well with ALBA today though, so would have coped with the loss here had it actually materialised.

PS: My STRONG BUY opinion is for when trading resumes ;-)
Good news from one of my shares!
Let's see what tomorrow brings!!!

Prop/chesh
your thoughts dudes.
Yeh, Togo paid up. That is a surprise. Still they've got themselves a bargain @ Nayega all things considered for $1.7M USD + add ons. :o).
The fact Togo actually paid-up bodes well for the balance of the agreement!

Wow, that's fantastic news. Didn't expect that so quickly. Some were saying the funds would never be received 😉
Grosso involved in takeover of KRS? Stretching it I know
Your right Stockraiser.......!
Who's decision it was to suspend trading isn't clear.........! :)
Keras just following the rules.........? :()
All the best (can't be manipulating them surely.........! :()
Yes, but this suspension does not appear to be at the request of KRS, or is it, just another ambiguity really ;-)
Time will tell.

Back to my original finking Stockraiser....!
an embellished strategic reaction inorder...........!
a, to protect the SP and
b, to stave off a fund raise........! :)
All the best (didn't have to, but did anywho.......! :()
I'm still wondering how they can be in a technical default if they have a 30 day grace period to complete the payment due 1st July.
"A grace period allows a borrower or insurance customer to delay payment for a short period of time beyond the due date. During this period no late fees are charged, and the delay cannot result in default or cancellation of the loan or contract."
Understood JimBL........!
But the agreement was made in the financial year '22 and so the default (which they hope to rectify) is related to the same financial year and so reported in the annual results.
Delaying them, and they can report no default.....!
All the best (an no fund raise..........! :()
Don't see why or how. The repayment/purchase schedule runs to 2025 and the first installment was made Jul 1st 2022.
Morning Peeps.......!
JimBL, is the link that the agreement to buy Diamond Creek from Falcon Isle was in the financial year ending Dec '22 and is now in a technical default........?
All the best (abeit temporary........! :()
There's far too many questions about and definitely not enough answers from this mob Jim. Abysmally poor dialogue with us pi's despite hollow promises of improvements. :o).
Why has any of this resulted in a delay of releasing the annual report and accounts (and thereby a suspension)? They are for the period ending Dec 2022 and both these events occurred afterwards.
I would not put it past our BoD to dilute for funding: look at Keras’s history.
Total shares in issue 79.74M so this amount traded in 3 batches represents 20.3786 % of all KRS shares in circulation. Nobody, not even Grosso or DR hold this amount so i reckon a switcheroo transfer from accounts is ongoing. Or is it possible that they are part of an equity raise done on the fly but showing up in error. Just thinking out loud. One wonders, hmmm. :o).
