Can only conclude that there is a mexican stand off in there somewhere.
But the Chinese - not just PowerChina - are notoriously opaque and difficult to deal with. I think this company and it's share price will suddenly come together and take off. I'm cautiously optimistic l.
The months roll by and stll no time frame or deadlines..
"PowerChina has not yet advised Kore Potash of the timeline to complete its reviews and internal approvals."
Absolutely taking the pizz..
MC Now £19m and falling..... that means the big II's who would supposedly be putting up $1.8 billion to build a mine and who own 60% of this coy currently need just £8m to take full control...Now, if it was remotely true they are to fund the cost of $1.8 b to build a mine then simple common sense says they will take full control for a mere £8m or less.....
Binary bet on what??... KP2 dont own or produce or have the cash to do anything... desperate statements the last few posts... And there is no EPC ! hasnt been for years because theres no one wanting to do...
I make up my own mind on things.
I listen to wise counsel and ignore fools who are prone to schadenfreude.
GLTAH. Hoping for the best.
Well said, Bear.
Holding here too. Thesis has improved IMHO, given the infrastructure developments in ROC which was not on table a year ago.
We all knew the potash price was in a bubble.
What is lacking is info on the EPC. We know that DX can be sold or JV'ed. We know that finance is ready and waiting.
Have you seen the sheer scale of his project in dollar terms, and in a bearish market environment.
There may be further dilution, we knew that already.
I'm just being patient. This is a binary play and I am comfortable with that
KP2 is my 5th largest holding and I'm currently down 48%. According to all the chat on the ZIOC board things are finally happening up the Congo. Hopefully that will benefit KP2. I don't see that the current price of potash is relevant as KP2 are not yet producing but it's enough to make nervous investors sell. But if you're of a nervous disposition why invest in KP2 in the first place?
Very simplistic, superficial analysis; they haven't even bothered to see that about half of that cash burn in 2022 was non-recurring study fees for Kola and DX; which means that it has still funds for a few more months;
However, a) the situation is still very risky if the EPC is not released soon b) the Robot is still on 100% de-ramping mode.
DYOR and avoid Robots.
Ok LT, will chat next when I buy at 0.025p..
Robot, the people that matter here already know You so I will not waste THEIR time.
I will disappear again but please go on mentioning me, it's fun to see how traumatised a Robot can get.
Q1 23 - Cash and expected RNSs1 Jan 2023 08:41
Happy 2023 to all LTHers, Q1 will make or break KP2. For sure, it will be a busy and exciting Quarter;
Cash at 30 June 2022 - USD 7.6mln
Cash at Y/e 2022 - USD 6-6.5 mln (appx 600k opex for H2 22, some legal and study fees etc); I don't expect a Placing until the financing has been announced and SP is much higher (funds will be needed for extra staff);
RNSs to come, IMO, in Jan-Feb:
Around the 10th Jan - CDI Monthly Movement;
Around the 20th Jan - Review of Operations - Quarter ended 31 Dec 2022;
IMO -End of Jan or Febr - indep. legal review of RoC operations/subsidiaries;
IMO - by Jan end - new Non-exec Director appointment;
IMO - January - EPC conclusion;
RNS on KOLA financing soon after;
wild guess - something positive about DX?
GLA, DYOR
(PS I don't think the BoD receives "huge salaries" )
LT, welcome back... After so long can you now explain your 6 month prediction posted in Jan... Can yo also predict the raise SP..
I can't see how a Morocco have a problem with Emmerson using too much water has any bearing on a project in the Republic of Congo. As I understand the problem the govt of ROC have with Kore is our total failure to build the mine, not the environmental impact if/when we do.
I can't see too much significance in a large price move as result of £10K of sales, other than if PIs with even a moderate holding want to throw in the towel, we're looking at a large discount to the listed price :(
But I am really really flattered that you still mention me...even though I don't reply.
Reminds me of people who kick those lying on the ground.
I am still here, Robot...hahaha
Still enjoying reading your hilarious posts...
I only disappeared because Fluffy asked me to...naf said.
Enjoy your incessant de-ramping, the abuse you receive and the rude remarks you make to other posters (especiallt those who choose to ignore you.
I remember LT's constant ramping here and building false hopes for PI's !.. Hopefully the majority ignored him as he soon disappeared.
Kore Potash PLC close price

Unfortunately nothing to do with EML, it's like you say.... Ain't no mine getting built here by this coy. Sale price?..maybe, but no more than .75p / 25m MC.
Maybe the sales are a knock on from the news about EMLs failure to obtain the ESIA? Sales are only small. I'm still hoping for a buyout 1.5p minimum because we ain't building a thing. I just hope it's announced before next dilution.
May be best to try recoup some losses for those die hards on here...sell and buy back double the shares for the same amount if you believe in this... It was always obvious what your 'hugely' well paid BOD were going to do.. They have no interest in PI losses
Judging by the sales today, there is bad news coming in the Quarterly Review Of Operations.
This share has always disgracefully leaked like a sieve, which reflects very poorly on Brad and his cronies.
On route....I gave multiple warnings.
Potash Spot Price 328.00 USD/mt for Jun 2023. Down from over $1200 in 1 year !!. Cannot see how this project is now viable imo.

We have the Quarterly Review Of Operation due in the next few weeks.
Hopefully that will at least mention the significance of the port developmemnt by AD Ports and what effect that may have on KP2's route to market.
Of course, there will have to be an update on the EPC too, which will be the important part.
