Most of the buys always seem to show as sells on here
Apologies for the 50k sell today, i needed some funds to buy into somewhere currently a bit more liquid than KOOV, but i still maintain a holding. Hopefully, i'll be able to buy back in when funds allow. Keep the faith peeps!!
Have you arranged that meeting with bod of koovs yet putney?
The broken record ia back
Not only is there a lack of Buys, but the infrequent largish sells are worrying at this stage. Today there have been 75k & 50k sells, on top of the 350,000 sell from Friday.
Why would anybody be selling now? I just hope they don't know something we don't!!!
With this pattern of selling, if there is any bad news from Koovs- watch this space!
Because everyone is trying to be clever and wait for news..... There is so much more going on than the 15p funding though.... I have a feeling we might find they are experiencing a growth spurt like never before.
My main worry at the moment is the complete lack of interest/ Buying so close to the deadline of March 27th.
I hope all is on track.
The 15p was announced 9 to 10 months ago when the price was 5p..... I believe the deal was agreed more like 12 months ago....
People need to forget the whole "why will they pay 15p when the price is 7.5p" .... Thats simply not how business or the stock market works....
Jd sport just paid a near 100 percent premium to take over foot.... That price is almost a 400 percent premium to the recent low of foot as well...
The 15p price was actually agreed 6 months ago. It's up to Koovs & FLFL as to whether they will deliver to shareholders or not.
Long term shareholders myself have been let down many times with Koovs in the past, especially when it comes to them raising money.
All I will say is that they had better deliver this time around!!!!
Thank you for your reply putneylad66.
sounds very complicated regards the FLFL deal and understand that they have the option on buying shares at 15p at the end of month, but who would want shares at 15p when the share price is under 8p, thats what i cant get my head around.
thechancers- at this point in time, there are a few good reasons to consider buying into Koovs now.
The current management have failed miserably in India BUT it has been strengthened recently. Billionaire Kishore Biyani- the retail King of India via Future Group will soon hold just under 30% of the company. His daughter Avni Biyani (extremely successful with Foodhall) became a non exec Director in January. She will probably answer to her Uncle Rakesh Biyani. I personally believe she is being groomed for the top job, which is currently held by the inept failure CEO Mary Turner.
When the Future Group deal is completed in the next week, Future Group will add another person to the Koovs Board to strengthen it.
With this announcement, we should also hear of progress with the FLFL tie up, which looks to have been extremely slow thus far.
April should see a trading update for YE 2019, where investors will be looking for improvements in revenues & margins (I believe it will be promising). Koovs have been very active with their advertising in recent months.
Hopefully the Institutional Investor Ruffer LLP who once held 15 million shares will have finished dumping. I still believe the large sells & selling recently (inc the 75,000 shares sell today) has been them. Once done, those investors waiting on the side lines could start buying in. I personally believe that they are virtually done.
With the share price this low- it is virtually priced to fail- which it won't.
Indian business men/ women are extremely shrewd & savvy & they will hopefully be looking at cutting costs- especially as this company has spent, spent, spent millions of pounds since the 150p IPO with very little to show for it thus far.
To be fair, Lord Alli doesn't take a wage. Turner takes £50k but does get millions of share options.
CFO Robert Pursell gets £175k
Non Exec Director Emily Sheffield gets £75k
Non Exec Director Nina Amin gets £50k
Non Exec Director Baroness Rebuck gets £50k
Paying these people good wages would be acceptable if the company was delivering- but it hasn't. I am hoping they will all be replaced soon.
Could be an exciting week ahead- good luck!
Thank you for your reply Black Diamond. Interesting points you raised, I will leave it to near the end of the month and I might take a punt on it. In the meantime, I will see what people are posting on here.
If you wait for another 10 days you will know if you have missed the train or you escaped from a huge crash.
I have decided to not miss the train. I need to admit that this is really testing my patience. But not much compared to other stocks that tested my patience for nearly 3 years.
Jambon and others have put up all the reasons why we shall invest in this company at this point of time. Putney on the otherside tried to give unbiased thoughts and raised questions as well. But his anger still seems to be not coming down. Others come every now and then with different names to trouble Jambon. All that I can understand is that there is a big game fixed between HT media, FLFL to bailout Koovs. Iam sure they are going to win so do we. I can't see this another ASOS. But this is not going bust in the next 1 year and it has the backing from Kishore Biyani. Also some one pointed to the FLFL investor presentation about their roadmap for Koovs investment. Probably someone who has knowledge on indian market and UK market will understand more. There is good development happening. Hence I am convinced to park most of my funds here. But its guaranteed that we will not get the returns according to our timelines. Give some time to the poor management. Request the guys to Stop cursing them. Running a company is not easy.

I have been watching and also trading this share over the last 12 months, Made money and lost money on Koovs.
With the share price sitting mid 7, Anyone give me some good reasons why i should invest, Or not invest.
its coming up to a year ago when we saw the price to to rise
I have seen you mention the fca regularly....
Why would you do that when koovs follow aim rules and they have NEVER BROKE THEM?
WONT BE LONG NOW AND THE 15P PLACING WILL COMPLETE ON TIME WITHIN THE DEADLINE.
Jambon- you're not the sharpest tool in the box, are you?
With regards to the FCA- I AM VERY CLEAR ON THAT. I AM TALKING ABOUT THE FUNDING WHICH ID DUE ON THE 27TH MARCH 2019.
Is that clear enough for you? I'm talking about their conduct on previous occasions.
What part of that can you not understand?
i dont go much on what is true or false on the net , things are not what they seem , i was just saying 24 mill views in such a short time is wow , right or wrong , true or false no one can be sure
Graybird... Putney could tell you that the views are legit on utube as they are heavily monitored (he jumped the gun as per usual the other week stating that the counter on koovs video had been froze due to suspicious activity only to be proved wrong moments later when the counter continued up) however he has skipped back to posting about sells that dont EXIST (we all know that buys and sells end up red on koovs)
Putney you will have to define "big boys" for me.... Is this you and your "large holder" friends that told posters here you were arranging a meeting with the bod of koovs lol?!
One week you are claiming to be setting up a meeting and the next week you are here crying asking what we can do as share holders lol....
As for you constantly mentioning the fca dont make me laugh - KOOVS HAVE NEVER BROKE ANY MARKET RULES - NEVER!
Jambon- If you are not capable of conversing with the big boys, don't get involved.
I'm just concerned at seeing all these SELLS prior to news on or before 27th March.
As I have said before, us long termers have seen this pattern with Koovs before.
So once again, Koovs HAVE to notify the markets prior to that date with news of funding OR a delay.
If they do not notify, then I'm afraid I will act on my word re FCA.
Any thoughts?
jambon read again , i said they is a lot of scams ref , clicks and view in the add world, did not say its was right or wrong , you might want to look up on add scam , but end of day 24 mill views so quick is , wow , true or false who can say
Get ready for the 20th whiteshark... New models released for my favourite brand at basel world.. ..
Always well you know that.....
Paid views are about 2 dollars for 1000 views.... So even white can agree the level of horse dung in those posts was high....
Seems appropriate Gingebon, that your post is titled Horse Shit.
Hope you are well
I see the crap continues
Cyril posting fictitious prices about paid views
Putney then adding to that with a million quid figure and topping it with contacting the fca
Graybird then states about false clicks(which is lies as utube monitor for that)
You couldn't make this up!!
People getting desperate now and it aint the genuine holders getting desperate (seems like the 3 of them are working together)
