Strand Hanson Ltd are based in Mayfair London and are highly regarded and one of the best financial consultants you can get who don’t just work with anybody. Great appointment!
Where's my post. Reported .lol. .. some saw the funny side to it. .. herehopin. White shark ..etc. ..and others reported the post ..lol. .it did have a message. .. the best investers are willing to change there opinion on a stock even if invested and patience / long term investing in aim market many times does not work.
It’s such a situation we are all in. Probably one of the hardest stock markets in over 2 decades. We are late cycle with fed saying economy is good yet holding of on rates( acting like it’s a recession coming). Good thing about this stock tho is even with a global recession, they obvs won’t perform well in terms of sales. But in terms of the stock itself. Shouldn’t get that much falls considering it’s not a big name. So be good to see how this plays out over the next year or so
Has anyone been watching the Joanna Lumley programme on India on ITV, they were saying last night what a massive business fashion is in India, come on Koovs. ????
Hoping for a decent week here for a change. Only needs a small rise and the technicals will look a hell of a lot better. Ok, I know it’s AIM and the technicals might not always work but we would be foolish to dismiss them.....
Good luck this week all,
Hoping to finish in double figures myself but that may be optimistic? Who knows? Lots of people watching this one I’m sure....
Cheers ..herehopin about time. ... it's a funny post but it points to jambon post says patience is the key to success. ... sometimes it is but many times it is not on aim market and how long anyway before you lose the plot.
Nobody here has market sensitive information inc me
Like i have said many times patience is the key
Back in january when posters here were in a panic that january was the deadline my stance was i wouldnt panic if the "january deadline" lapsed (either in a panic or trying to scare other holders)
If the 27th comes and there is no rns i wont be panicking, none of us here know the aim rules inside out so there could be some rule that allows some leeway on notifying the market etc
Those of us that have the long term plan may as well just switch off as all the daily crap here is pointless
My opinion has always been koovs needs 2 years, i said this back in august last year and i am expecting to see 30p this year by in the lead up to xmas
PATIENCE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Putney
Please just desist in this boring tit for tat, grow up and allow the rest of us to use this board in the way it was intended
Jambon- I don't just single out the £175k a year CFO Robert Pursell, but the whole sorry team who have been at the helm over the last couple of years under whom the share price has gone from over 70p to the current 7.6p
After your correspondence with Koovs, you now state that the 27th may not be the deadline we think & not to be surprised if there is no rns. REALLY!
THESE ARE THE EXACT WORDS FROM THE CFO
Completion of the equity raise only occurs once the shares have been
admitted to AIM. The shares for the recent equity raise were admitted on the
27th September 2018, as announced on the 24th September 2018. This gives
FLFL until the 27th March 2019 to complete the second investment.
That statement is totally clear & now you state something else.
I hope you are not in possession of & posted market sensitive information.
Its funny that all of a sudden both putney and pascha have changed their tune today?! and i predict putney to soon be ramping the hell out of this from here on in....
All of a sudden putney is full of the joys and looking forward to the update on funding rather than saying about the deadline day in day out...
I have spent the last couple of days contacting the company with my own questions about various bits and pieces (i have been in regular contact and generally always get a response)
Putney has done nothing but slag off RP who is the company cfo but i have found RP to be very helpful when trying to find out information (nothing market sensitive)
I have kind of lost interest in posting as there are so many multi alias posters posting lie after lie pretending they know this and they know that when the reality is they are just p&ss ppt traders trying to earn a tenner here and there by ramping or deramping depending on their current position
I have complete faith in koovs/flf/india and will be holding tight to my near 4 million share holding
Ill leave you with this though.... The 27th may not be the deadline you think it is so dont be surprised if there is no rns...
WONT BE LONG NOW!!
Thanks Pascha, I'm confident that Koovs will eventually come good. Does feel like a lifetime being in this share. Not many ups & lots of downs.
I believe there will also be a detailed forward moving statement giving details of the tie up with FLFL.
Trading must surely have improved too, with all the extra advertising & promotions. Lets see if the 'green shoots' have developed.
I'm also looking forward to see who the new Board member will be.
Great to see some sensible debate/ discussion had between posters in the absence of the disruptive & abusive ones.
Classy post. Best of luck to you too. God knows I wish I wasn’t all in this one. Patience is a new strategy for me!
Cheers
Pascha- having entered at the IPO of 150p & selling out at a much lower price- would you be interested in buying back in with so much news flow expected in the next week or so?
The bid and ask keep creeping up, with any luck that will continue north
I sometimes feel like crying, why do people who are supposed to be up to date with the stock market, need to re post old comm' stats, I can feel a teardrop on my cheek now!
Yes, all looking good for Koovs. Expect an exciting couple of weeks coming up with news from a few fronts.
FLFL have until 27th March to complete funding. They are cutting this a little fine.
Worth reading the chairman's statement from December
CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2018
The first half of this financial year has been focused on securing additional investment and prudently conserving cash to sustain the business by reducing marketing and our stock levels. In spite of this, we have maintained high brand awareness, grown our social media following, and continue to deliver market-leading customer satisfaction, demonstrating the resilience and strength of our brand.
We are delighted with the scale and quality of funding secured with support from Directors and institutional investors, further strategic investment from our long-term partner HT Media and a transformational investment from Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited (FLFL)
With over 400 retail fashion stores across India, FLFL will be a game-changing partner for Koovs with synergies across the value chain from manufacturing and distribution, to marketing and market reach. This new strategic partnership and investment will bring enormous benefits to our customers and partners as well as significant value for all shareholders.
This not only puts Koovs back on track but adds a further dimension to the opportunities available to Koovs in the future, and I am therefore extremely excited about the Group's growth prospects for the years ahead.
Once confirmed (subject to regulatory approval), the additional subscription by FLFL will mean that 45% of investors in Koovs will be based in Asia, showing the breadth of support and confidence in the Group here and in its home market.
The focus going forward is to continue to build the brand through marketing, making Koovs the favourite fashion destination for India's twenty-somethings. There is a clear opportunity to capitalise on the platform we have built to date to unlock superior shareholder value over the coming years, and we have been delighted with the reaction from investors who share our vision.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our colleagues in the UK and India for their continuing hard work, dedication and enthusiasm.
Waheed Alli
Chairman

im in koovs for long term , would like to get 80p be nice in 2 years do me, yes things are looking better for koovs as longs as no shady tatics goes on
graybird- obviously this will not go to 15p on funding news, but the uncertainty of funding will have gone away in the medium term. The markets hate uncertainty.
Kishore Biyani isn't 'just someone. Read about him & his cousin Rakesh, the two main men when it comes to retail in India.
The Biyanis & Future Group saved Koovs from almost certain self destruction. Hopefully they will have more input into the strategy moving forward, which has failed so spectacularly in the past under the current CEO Mary Turner.
Real money is made in investing for the future not worrying about short term market movements.
Many people on this board and others squabble at different levels of any company developments and it will be interesting to see the comments when Koovs is trading at 20p or 30p
We are all here to make money together! Discussions are good- let’s not fight lol
yes i agree with you , but its not a cert on views brings in the cash , koovs need to show a profit at the end of the day
Views and followers get them recognised get there name out there.. eventually bring in more revenue
