Koovs are aquiring 6 million quid x 4
Each 6 million tranche consists of 4.2 million in credits and 1.8 million pound in cash..... Do you get it now or are you going to continue bashing?
with the balancing 30% (£1.8m) to be acquired by Koovs in cash
Pascha its time to stop lying now.... You are crossing the line into an obvious share basher
with the balancing 30% (£1.8m) to be acquired by Koovs in cash
As long as everyone else here reads that koovs are acquiring the cash its all good
with the balancing 30% (£1.8m) to be acquired by Koovs in cash
the Agreement, and subject to satisfaction of the principal condition set out below, the Company will acquire four £6m tranches of media from HT Media at six monthly intervals over a twenty-four-month period, 70% of which (£4.2m) in each instalment will be satisfied by the issuance of new ordinary shares in the Company to HT Media, with the balancing 30% (£1.8m) to be acquired by Koovs in cash.
Pascha, you seem to be a bit of a conspiracy theorist/ fantasist.
Did you recommend Koovs to someone or a fund, losing them a shedload of money with you being the scapegoat?
This aint going private for less than 50p.....waheeds in at 24p.....
True, & why invest a load at 10p???
15p deal will be done as it has already been agreed. I'm looking at a sell of of at least 25p.
You keep going on about the fact a 'dirty backroom deal' has been done and this is just being played out for our sake. I'm generally sceptical, and agree there is a possibility, but...
Can you answer why they didn't just sell it off in 2018 when the SP was at 5p? What's the benefit in buying shares a 16% stake first?
My small top up shown as a sell - standard!
koovs is by no means unique in the story of a growth company and as they are now fully funded with massive increasing social media exposure one simple fact of investing holds true and that is. If they are not going bust they are going up.
If every poster in this chat met up there would be less people than you think....
Joe id be up for it but whod sit between Jambon and Putney....awkwaaard?
The rakul preet thing is on facebook..... 38 thousand likes!!
That is a quality post OllieBee!! Very educational!
That what these forums are all about- learning & sharing research.
H2 has seen a lot of advertising/ promotions & exposure, 3 concession openings, 24% margins. Surely this will be translated to a good trading statement?
When we are all millionaires, we'll all have to meet up for a beer or two :)
Its pretty eqsy to decipher when you look at koovs history on utube.... You can see a pattern of what videos get what views.... What is also easy to see is they are getting more views than ever before
Those 23 million views in 24 hours puts koovs in the top 10 for views of ANY utube video
The higher ad counter is because Koovs are running adverts with that video promoted - Read this for more background: https://techcrunch.com/2011/06/19/youtube-counts-video-ads-regular-views/
The KOOVSTravelDiaries with Rakul Preet video won't have paid advertising on YouTube because it's already a tie-in with Rakul, the 'advertising money' has already been paid to her in the form of sponsorship, the advertising return comes from her IG (800k likes from 2 of her posts), /twitter/etc followers - it's not about getting YouTube video views. If we were paying to promote this video we'd also be paying to promote Rakul Preet.
The 24m video is promoting the Koovs brand, which is what we want, as much of our budget as possible going to the Koovs brand in general, so new customers will think of us when they think of buying clothes.
Some other videos which have been uploaded such as Havana Drive, these have been uploaded multiple times, this is generally to test different ad formats and their effectiveness. e.g. Havana Style and Girl Boss videos have been uploaded 3 times each with 7/15/30 second ads. Both Girl Boss and Havana Style videos have 1.5-2m video hits on the 15 second ad, because Koovs have been paying to promote them. The advertising budgets for these videos are much less because they're for specific product ranges.
Having millions of ad hits is good, but it just shows that we are now advertising again, so there's the potential for good results if we manage to convert.
EDIT: The second video has 812 views, not thousands!
Baffled at the huge difference in views.
Jambon, there really isn't need for language like that, attacking fellow shareholders. I understand your frustrations at your losses, but please don't take it out on other shareholders. We're all trying to see the bigger picture here.
At least I'm man enough to update my posts. Remember when you stated that Mary Turner and the CFO founded ASOS? LOOOOL. Mary Turner was just a non exec Director & the CFO (Pursell) never even worked for them!!!!!!
If you're not intellectually capable of getting involved in a discussion, don't participate- simples!
The original question was why the massive difference in back to back videos from Koovs on YouTube- one at 24 million, ther other in the thousands?
Care to answer?
This one has had a few views in a couple of days, and it's just a happy customer of KOOVS
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4E8uG-SoEJ4
EDIT: The view counter is now moving again, 24,105,406 views now which is good news.
I too don't trust social media 'followers' 'likes' or 'views'
Take the YouTube video that a few on here were wetting themselves with. Guess what- it's 'views' counter has been at 24 million since yesterday.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlGNmrevm1o
YouTube have complicated algorithms to decipher if 'views' are real. If they are suspect, they will temporarily freeze the views whilst they can confirm if they are real & not 'robot' views.
This from YouTube
Frozen view count
On some videos, the view count might seem frozen or not show all the views that you expect. Video views are algorithmically validated to maintain fair and positive experiences for content creators, advertisers, and users. To verify that views are real and accurate, YouTube may temporarily slow down, freeze, or adjust the view count, as well as discard low-quality playbacks.

I've just played it 10 times & it has stayed on 24,105,293
I'm surprised that only one other person has commented on this, considering that page after page was devoted to the rising 'view' count by certain posters who have now gone all quiet.
My view on the youtube and social media is not to trust it and its irrelevant how many people are looking..all that matters is how many are buying and how that affects the profits.
We cant even trust a companies (even ftse 100 companies) accounts..so much can be hidden, so why would we trust some youtube or social media statistics.
If anyone likes to believe it then good if not also good. Its just my opinion.
Ill wait until i see some real figures and then make a judgement on wether they can be believed before investing more here.
