this is the website for physical gold purchasing http://therealasset.co.uk/ there has to be a sizeable market for this surely
this is a v interesting part of the investment and in my opinion also sets it apart from the others. I don't completely understand how it works but I like the concept. It may have a global market too. What do people think?
Tick up. As I said yesterday - KGLD is in an uptrend. We can be much higher when the news lands by the end of March.
There we go.
It's so far still relatively off radar but the chart starts looking good.
in the bank!!
I think it will shoot up once the name changes - only my hunch.
Interesting read indeed. I'm in with a small amount for the beginning and will see how the things unfold.
I have worked out mine - around 0.6%
2% - as in 2% of the company?
full ask.
Impressive holding AimChaos, sounds like you've got more than a hunch. Chart looks good for you if news is assubstantial as you think. As ever you need sustained momentum, Good luck. Ps Did you buy timeless out?
Just a thought on raising cash for Gold mines ect. Rather than dilution of shares,Why not go to a streaming/royalty company, such as Canadian Sandstorm Gold or AuRico Metals and ask them for funds, in return for between 1 to 2% stream/NSR etc of gold production over life of mine.
I have spent a lot of time researching this. I think something big is round the corner. Even if there is a dilution, by then the share price (imho) will be closer to 2p. why would they have warrants for 2.5p am I being silly?
I'm close to 4% now. I don't know anything you don't know (or at least couldn't find out via searching in the public domain) - but my rationale for taking the stake is summarised in the aforementioned trade note. Our newest director is CEO of one of Geomysore's other major shareholders. It was that entity (and thus that CEO - also now our director) that was looking to sell to our only direct competitor, Deccan. The deal was only put on hold, and it has been mentioned in recent RNSs that it could be revived this year. The move onto the KGLD board by said CEO / director could be taken as evidence that both shareholders of Geomysore (KGLD and Australian Indian Resources Ltd) - who I believe control a little more than 50% of Geomysore - are looking to achieve a trade sale to Deccan. That, or else they are looking to list Geomysore in Bombay and achieve a similar valuation to Deccan (which is already listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange at a current valuation of over $60m - and has comparable assets to Geomysore). Either of these routes would likely crystallise substantially more value for KGLD than its present entire market capitalisation - with its other two ventures effectively thrown in for free.
what do you know we don't aim-chaos? Are you up to 3% yet?
Yes, agreed. I am of the opinion that there could also be significant corporate action before end June, with regard to the Geomysore stake. See p.2 of this brief note: aimchaos.files.wordpress.com/2017/01/kolar-gold-ltd-bought-05-01-2017.pdf

today's small trade at 11,09 was a buy & Not a sell. It was a nice amount of shares for a brilliant price.
Kindly provide a link to the Circular which doesn't yet appear to be on the KGLD site. TIA .
"Kola Gold" is not Kolar Gold - attention to detail always helps! http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/172705/old-hummingbird-gold-assets-move-into-aim-traded-glenwick-172705.html .
Thanks. It does look good here. You never know what will happen but it does tick the boxes - good directors, cash in bank, news to come soon. I don't think that many people know about this share or looked at it properly
are you mostly into mining shares?
