The market makers 'lob' 50% off the s.p in less than 2 weeks?.....then give it a 3% rise!
My £500 gma is gonna cost me to sell soon, worth £19 now lol
Some weeks ago many people posted on GMA that 0.056 was the true worth of a GMA share which equated to 27p for a Kemin one. It look like they were probably right. I am amazed that Kemin have had the consolidation and not released even one RNS to their shareholders. Is it any wonder that PI's are heading for the exits. I feel sorry most of all for the poor mathematicians who thought buying into GMA at 0.9p was a good deal. If any of those are still here they are over 90% down. I got out with a only a 35% loss and consider myself one of the lucky ones.
Keep your money in your pocket my friend.
i wonder when these will bounce? might be worth another punt soon
I wish you guys luck with these, but for me I'm out. Lost only a small amount. The way this is going it could be in the 30's soon. Feel sorry for the ones who bought 0.9p before consolidation.
Think i will pull out looking at the drop again today. Will take a loss but better to lose £50 than all my hard earned money. How do you guys feel?
Too many games being played across the LSE- designed to line the pockets of the wealthy!...Conclusion DYOR and dont invest in small Market Cap companies if too risky! because THEY WILL HAVE YOUR MONEY
Interesting to see the amount of shares in issue @ 618M have remained the same......but where has the 333.72M Market Cap come from?- when we had as(GMA) a small 0.73M market cap - a difference of 333M near enough? If P.I's have payed for this then we really have been "FLEACED" !
Thought they were things of the Past
I get mine via Barclays automatically.
Bet a lot of folk got stung on this one. Fortunately have only lost 'a few quid' but that still sticks in my throat. What happens about our certificate? Do they send a new one to us? Thanks
However what is the point in selling ? i bought in quite high with GMA and i have consigned this share to the bottom drawer. Looking for the very long term with this now. With my holding it is absolutely pointless in selling.
4PetesSake, 67.5p is for the 1.26m KEM shares in circulation. With the £40m investment and a MASSIVE 150m share dilution which as you say works out to be 27p per share, do you really think the share price will remain at 67.5p?? this would mean the Market Cap for this company will go from £0.85m, to £100.85m with the £40m investment. Hmmm...............
01/03/2013 30 Consolidation Cost Per Share 98.87 so down 31%. I sold out most of mine few weeks ago just saved the 15k to see where things would go. Hoping something good can come from what I have left
Your thoughts on the coming week please.
The mid price closed at 67.5. The new investors who put in £40m got their shares at 27p, so they are sitting on a 150% rise today.
500 x 0.12 = 60p the share price finished above 60p you are blue right?! But will it last
I'm not in here,, But I'm sure your old gma shares were consolidated at a rate of 500-1 So for every 500 gma you had you now have 1 kemin share..
many thanks.
Does anyone know if we will be issued new shares in this company from our old gma shares and if so will it be at the new share price or the price gma closed at or will we be offered a cash deal I asked this to my share trader and they did not know
To know what your holding is worth, divide your GMA holding by 500 and multiply by the current KEM price, currently 69p. The 52 week high for KEM is showing as 297.5p. This relates to the GMA close of 0.6 on 5th Feb. SVS Securities will also not let you buy or sell Kemin online. Brokers should have this sorted out soon.
KEM is listed now in Halifax but can't buy or sell yet. Could explain low volumes today. Anyone else have similar issues?
