https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_E2qpbTIL64&app=desktop JV partners could be a possibility for KEA with MSMN being the 40% owner!!! and if there stake is 1.7 million then depending on what other potential JV partners are another 40% is 1.7 million and a 20% is 0.85 million which is what I would do to get a stake in that company with MSMN being the main operator.. IRGS hope your reading this message.. giving you some ideas!!
Agree with you on my friend that strategically he lost the plot.Just to complacent on planning the forward path of Kea.Amazing potential in New Zealand totally misguided .
Still not trading wonder what the BOD's are doing in the background!!.. there large holders will not be pleased at all.. having diluted them twice.. Do we have an accountant on board who look at the tax losses this companies has.. that is the only value it has currently for a potential RTO.. we need an asset in ASIA like SER are currently doing a DD on.. and potentially raise money for that to develop.. but before we do that... in the AGM we need to get rid of most of the people and start a new management team.. we still had all the directors despite having no money at all.. Our value is tax losses and the AIM listing nothing else!!!.. So a non-listed oil/gas company could use our platform and perhaps that management can come aboard KEA.. A BIG change is needed.. get rid of IRGS... we don't need him as a chairman!!.. poor management decisions and no back-up plan at all.. he did not think strategically but played roulette hoping it would land on the black stuff..
Keep an eye on MXP they are only a few weeks away from 6 months now 8-((
Section 41 . The Exchange will cancel the admission of AIM securities where these have been suspended from trading for six months. Cancellations are effected by a dealing notice.

You will be lucky to get a reply...I emailed them last year regarding mates bailing before the duster...I've written off my money as there is no chance of ever seeing it again
Well done MIKEYGIT,can't understand why we haven't had an RNS just to let us shareholders know what is going on.Crazy situation going on here.If that's it, let's have a confirmation and we can all move on and sleep better,if that's at all possible with the loses incurred here.Hope u get a reply. They could be on holiday though.
don't think its anything to do with msmn but at first glance sounded kea esq ....looking at their board its a def no no :-(
take a look at the msmn rns ...sound familiar ?
if it ever trades again then we know that someone has been suckered for some cash ,never to see it again if the last forar is anything to go by, best you don't wish that it starts trading again, IGS and the BOD have already had the best out of the company, couldn't run a booze up in a brewery, only thing they can run off is their mouth.
It is an utter disgrace, just don't know what is going on.
Of course its THEFT - basically they can do whatever they want to in order to protect themselves as much as possible within the 'flexible' aim rules. Crazy - if one had been caught with his hand in the petty cash, he couldn't have been a Director of the Company. Yet they squandered MILLIONS of our dollars on reckless and ill judged projects/surveys and they just w.a.l.k. a.w.a.y... ( and begin to fleece the next lot of investors) There's justice for you...
lets move on. cant see this going anywhere, let alone recovering ....
About the total amount of shares? Is that still the same in the RNS it does state 93 million should that be 93k now... We use to have odd 993 million then were diluted to 93 million shares.. And it seems like our the shares have not been reduced??
you can forget about these shares ever trading again, and it you could find someone that's stupid enough to wade in and buy some you will need the board to sanction the transfer at least if there is a financial transaction involved, don't know what would happen if they were gifted to the Vatican or some similar establishment, Moving forward, with these pillock's at the helm who would back another project with more hard earned cash, not me anyway, cant keep doing the same thing over and over again hoping for a different result, their run is over.
Any idea what is going on.
Kea Petroleum exit from NZ a step closer 15th July 2015 http://goo.gl/xXJqly Shareholders in cash-strapped London-listed oil and gas explorer, Kea Petroleum, have voted to approve the disposal of the company’s interests in Taranaki exploration and production licences and a recapitalisation plan ...
Must admit thought they would be trading today.
RIP kea petroleum or should I say shareholder value.Oil/gas is the the master of teaching u the very meaning of risk vs reward.GLA to shareholders trying other companies. My mission now is to try and avoid this sort of shambles of a company. And what a shame that for all the highs IRGS had with rift and his pharmaceutical days that his probably final swansong/finish with a bang project has unfolded like this.Over confident has cost us dearly.
That's that more chance of winning the lottery if I don't buy a ticket than ever getting any of my money back from IRGS at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!!!
lets us say from this terrible experience that no one in the future will advance IGS and Peter Lees a shilling in any of their promoted investments as they are not educated enough to manage it. this Kea experience has been an absolute disaster from day one, both are unable to manage to buy a bus ticket. its Ka Boom again.
Anyone can have a duster ( Puka ) but what really winds me up is that it was so obvious the news was leaked on the Friday to let the " mates " out. I could have sold at a £10K profit on the Friday if I had known instead of taking a £16K hit ( I finally got out at 0.5P before consolidation ). I still think now I would have sold at least half my holding ( a million ) on the Friday but I couldn't cos I was at V festival. I actually left the festival early Sunday night cos I was so excited about the expected RNS Monday morning. What a bummer that was! Hope you all get to make your money back elsewhere. All the best
Absolute Disgrace.....disgusting how they can get away with it.
gutted.. need a 200% rise now to pay my dealing fee... IRGS - what a scroat..
