I’m sorry we couldn’t have been at the agm to meet up with lth although it sounds like it was greatly diminished this year. Next one should be great fun with a bit of luck and a strong headwind , ho ho!
It sounded like Kiran and Andrew were very upbeat and reinterpreting the market just hasn’t got it YET. How many more flipping clues do they require I ask myself ?
@Degsie No, he/she did not! Only genuine investors present--not trolls.
Sorry you couldn’t make it Degsie - I expected to see you there but realised that many others couldn’t make it either. I didn’t expect to hear any new news but I’m a committed LTH and enjoy the chance to discuss strategy and hear the expectations first hand from Kiran and the team. It’s an exciting story which has a long way still to go. In open forum Q&A Kiran discussed the arrangement with Great Panther which the BoD are looking to update in the light of the MRE and PFS. It’s the same iron ore/gold seam that runs under both tenements and the gold sits under the iron ore which has to be mined first so an arrangement adds value to both companies.
@MBW I can’t answer why the mkt takes a different view and is happy to see the share price at these low levels. My own research and investing decisions is more aligned with that of the Board and takes a longterm view. I’ve not lost the initial reason I invested in REM rather than directly in their portfolio companies. I like the energy metals space and see a big disconnect between the present sp and the value of the assets. I’d be reluctant to buy at £1 but am happy to stake build at these low levels when the mkt has taken its eye off the ball and only looks a few days/weeks ahead for the next buck on AIM. I’m not in profit but not looking to sell… just to buy.
@Dallas I agree with your idea that the Mexican govt is likely to want to buy the whole of the 70/30 JV areas not already in the mining plan and take a majority position. Hopefully not long until we find out.
Mike. Did you go to AGM and ask lots of questions?
@Bannor. I know you don't get it, but trust me, just a single investor we manage to Reach wanting in at that 1%, 2%, 3% level would propel us upwards on current volumes. A single investor... ;-)
LoL @Bannor. Pretty sure the wider market hasn't a clue, otherwise we'd be flying on this rumour. Happy to wait...
OBS ..... Update & roll out that 'for any new investors here' spiel .... :-))
Can you all try a bit harder please .... 1:trade below the mid point is hardly lighting the blue touchpaper .... if you could just add a bit more fuel to the Sonora MX govt story it might become a rumour and force an RNS of some sort.
Tally ho peeps off you go LoL
On the newsfeed yesterday, not that we didn't already know but this is the place to make the market aware.

Now are we into hours or days for news (official) to land?
Exactly @Dallas. Very few will Understand this.
Depends on the aspirations of the Mexican Govt....if they were to buy our 30% stake, they would become minority holders in a JV with no say or control over the asset.
I'd like to see them buy Ganfengs 70% stake in Megalit say and trigger our drag along and tag along rights. Options ;-)
Special thanks to those providing feedback from the AGM.
Wonder where that updated WHI report has gotten to? That might help with the Reach and Understanding.
Zoom. Many thanks for your account of AGM - I had to miss unfortunately.
Mike. Same old tune ; you'd be happier if you sold but perhap you enjoy "never looking on the bright side" .
Well said Mike and thank you zoom for your AGM update
Perhaps and time is coming soon
Our patience my friends could soon be rewarded
Absolutely agree @Zoom. We are on the same page. Fairly obvious to me that most LTH's here, those that actually understand the company, are fairly fully loaded. We need new investors to "get it". A decent RNS will do that IMHO, or some meme like momentum from those understanding the consequences of the news what is coming out of Mexico. ;-)
@Observer842 Looks like many of the fellow travellers are fully invested LTH’s but there’s still plenty of space on board.
Leak or no leak, it makes logical sense for the Mexican govt to buy our share. Ganfeng are happy as they’re still fully loaded and committed to supplying the off-take to Hanwa etc. and the Mexican govt get a significant stake with some of the highest grades and can farm out licences to other companies if they want to monetise more of the 100,000 Ha. We’ll be happy too if the price is right and isn’t sold for peanuts! Looks like a win all round to me. :-))
In case it's not obvious to those new looking in, whatever the Mexican government "buy out existing additional rights held by UK exploration giant Bacanora." (Ganfeng in practice), we stand to realise nearly half that total (70/30). :-)))
You've nailed it @Zoom. Question I have, this is AIM, does the Mexican news count as a "leak"?;-) I'm fully packed and ready to ride! :-)))
Amazing news and now eagerly awaiting an RNS….
Kiran simply said at the agm that the politics has to play out but he was sure the licences we had would be respected.
@Observer842 like you I’m happy to continue to buy at this low sp and am amazed I can continue to do so. I’m with you on the perception that though we may all appreciate the potential of our assets, can the BoD deliver on realising that value to shareholders? The reality is that that train has already left the station and is on its way to deliver the answer to that question.
I’ll explain what I mean:
All the elements are already in place, it’s just a matter of time waiting for them to bear fruit. Our major assets of EMH and HAS are making steady progress towards financing and production. The decision to swap our Yangi assets for shares directly in HAS means we’ll ride the wave when HAS gets into production from day one as opposed to being a spectator for a few years and wishing we’d bought shares directly in HAS. The politics of Mexico will be decide how Sonora pans out and the decision to take control of our own project, Amapa, is on the cusp of being validated by the MRE and PFS reports. The recent swings in the value of both iron ore and Lithium certainly haven’t helped and are reflected in our low share price. Other companies in the same space have seen similar falls in their sp so we’re not alone in that respect. I believe the quality of our assets and the demand for them will determine the future share price. The BoD have worked tirelessly to capitalise on those opportunities and continue to do so to create shareholder value. Looking ahead, global demand is increasing for all our assets and is very much in our favour. The BoD have already delivered 27% of Amapa which was their stated target and an achievement that shouldn’t be underestimated, especially given the politics and difficulties they had to overcome. That took determination, skill and financial grit to see it through and the BoD have proved themselves without doubt as a ‘can do team’ and have earned much respect as a result. The aim to increase that stake is progressing well with a team of 22 in place in Amapa doing the site refurb work we see in the photos. Wardell Armstrong are a trusted, high quality team commissioned to carry out the PFS which will decide how the BoD take the project to the next level in debt/equity terms and increase our stake in the process.
So for me the train has already left the station - but by a combination of factors that have contributed to our low sp, it’s not too late to jump on board and enjoy the ride. :-))
Fantastic news if that’s the case, Tom !
the 10 concessions 100,000ha includes megalit… lol…
Tidying up the paperwork for the agreements who owns what, that Ganfeng news you posted @observer842 although not unexpected might just have been on the back of any talks with the Mexican gov.

Or we wait for the updated Ganfeng DFS and the sky is the limit ;-)
