CERNE's partnership in this final phase of the environmental licensing procedures was of great value to our work. In this second stage of the work we focus on the objective of conserving natural resource enterprises, to carry out a survey of fauna and flora, both terrestrial and aquatic. The project is complete and also includes measuring the noise that our operations may cause in the region where we operate in Amapá, as well as seeking to provide the community with greater awareness of the activities we carry out when extracting and moving iron ore. There were two moments in which excellent work was carried out, during the dry and rainy periods in the North of the country, so that the specialist company was able to issue a complete report of the entire survey of the before and after of our operations, with the aim of to maintain community well-being and environmental control.
Progress, slow but sure is what I see.
:-)
Yes, progression towards oblivion. Wonder why there are no director buys anymore?
We, at DEV Mineração have as a goal for this first half of 2024, the investment of R$ 1.7 billion so that we can resume the operations of the Amapá Iron Project, as the first step since its deactivation 7 years ago.
The reactivation of our environmental licenses was requested today, so that we can perform an assertive and clear work, in favor of our expansion as miners in the Northern Region of the country, as well as the development of society in our surroundings, with many jobs that will arise, in addition to all the infrastructure that is being implemented for the benefit of all.
We are proud to be developers of good business for the sustainability of our business, preserving the environment and caring for the community.

Submission of the Environmental Control Plan - "PCA" (Plano de Controle Ambiental) and an Environmental Control Report - "RCA" (Relatório de Controle Ambiental) submitted ahead of schedule for the Mine and Railway.
We knew this 6 days ago!! why so long to report..?
Navy visit to our port operations
We received a visit to our Santana unit from the Frigate Captain, Mr. João Batista da Conceição Reis. He is the commander of the Port Authority in the state of Amapá and his visit aimed to get to know our company, exchanging a lot of information about the procedures we will have in our port operations in the future. With this, we bring the transparency of our work to the authorities' knowledge of what we will carry out in our port, within the legalization required by the Brazilian Navy. The clarity of our processes strengthens our reputation in the mining segment and also establishes trustworthiness with our operational partners. We are DEV Mineração working for the development of the Northern region of Brazil.
We at DEV Mineração are obtaining all the necessary licenses to be able to operate in our mine and in our port, legally and in accordance with the guidelines required by the local authorities of the state of Amapá.
Because, since the beginning of the resumption of operations in the Northern region of Brazil, we have been carrying out all iron ore operations in accordance with the environmental legislation for our segment and the safety of everything and everyone involved or located in the vicinity of our operational base.
Complying with the necessary rules, we are already well advanced in the steps that are appropriate for the presentation of our licensing and, effectively, start activities in our mine and port facilities.
Below, we have listed some examples of the licenses and permits that all mining companies need to have:
📌 prior license;
📌 installation license;
📌 operating license.
📌 mining authorization;
📌 Mining Registry.
A locals opinion.
I congratulate DEV Mineração for bringing hope to the state of Amapá. This race in favor of resuming operations is visible. I speak on behalf of many. We are looking forward to this new start and being able to see the train return to its operations, bringing the ore and with it hope for many🚀🚀🚀
A mixed bag fromDEV this week..
DEV Mineração continues to make progress in acquiring the necessary licenses for operations at our own facilities.
We are moving forward, continuing with the authorities and partners so that our port returns to full force in the export of iron ore.
Of course, in search of the sustainable development of the entire environment around us, as well as in caring for the communities that are close to us and that are our neighbors.
Let's go together in the progress of the northern region of our country, taking our product from Amapá to the world.
"This Dev is a scoundrel, another best company was Anglo Feru and Icome".
"The efforts that DEV Mineração has made to return operations are visible and gratifying. We are looking forward to this fresh start, looking forward to the return of activities, looking forward to progress and looking forward to being part of these new chapters in the history of mining. Congratulations 👏👏 "
"Every day is full of achievements, mining company DEV continues to advance, congratulations!, good news!"

Continuing our work to improve the development of the Northern Region of our country, we received the declaration of safety of the Mário Cruz dam, through the Agência Nacional de Mineração - ANM.
With the issuance of this document, we will be able to house the tailings from the company's iron mine in Pedra Branca do Amapari, Amapá, in safe conditions and fulfilling another stage for the resumption of the Amapá Iron Project.
We have been leading this project since 2019 and plan to invest US$ 320 million (about R$ 1.7 billion at the current exchange rate) to restart iron ore export operations.
After the renewal of the environmental licenses, requested from the Secretary of State for the Environment to move forward, we still intend to resume the operations of the railroad that connects Serra do Navio to Santana, passing through Pedra Branca, where the deposits are located.
In a second phase, the company will rebuild the Santana port terminal, used to transport iron ore. The mine in Pedra Branca can produce 6 million tons per year, with a useful life of 16 years. The expectation is to start the work as soon as the environmental agencies give their approval.
According to our general director: "We will reactivate the entire operation while respecting environmental and social needs."
We are proud to be DEV Mineração that respects the community, the fauna and flora in the surroundings and also contributes to the development of the region, improving people's lives, through employability.
We appreciate the partnership of the Stella Gertrud Fontes of the Valor Econômico S/A, the local authorities and our employees to make all this a success clear.
Somethings happening..

More good news: we broke our own record for no lost-time accidents in our operations! We carry out safe practices so that our employees and partners carry out their tasks with the certainty that they will return to their homes unharmed in the same way they arrived at the company. Proud to be accident-free DEV Mining !

...always here for a wind up @mjfmsg targeting anybody I feel like at any given time depending on what else might be taking my attention ... it's raining here today so I have a little time at the present ... do you think you'd feel better or worse if you'd kept hold of all your investment here instead of realising large losses on a good portion of it rather than holding or averaging down? ... Just a question not really bothered what the answer is though just one to ponder on yourself 🤔😁
