Great discussion today Guys but I’m not trying to put a damper but to date we own NO IRON Ore.
However if Kiran can find that elusive Pen then at long last I may just may be “ in profit”. Need £1 for break even
Our 20% not yet signed and sealed.
If we did own 20% of Amapa then our share price IMO would be way north of here
who does own it?...
@TC not sure whether that was a rhetoric question or not but as you know the Amapa project is currently owned 100% by Dev Mineracao which is currently in administration & operating under the direction of the administrators/courts .... once the bank agreement is signed (assuming it is!!) & recognised/ratified by the courts our escrowed monies will be released and 99.9% of Dev Mineracao will be transferred into the ownership of the JV co of which we will own 20% of.
Currently we own ZIP as you know & the revenues from the current court sanctioned sales will be controlled by the courts with $2.5M of it earmarked to cover the debts that our escrowed funds were originally meant to be for.....
Well put Bannor
We need Kiran to sign as soon as banks courts reconciled
no... it was a leading question... ;)
who owns dev...
They're in administration so essentially it's decisions, actions & assets are all under the control of the administrators & courts.... they're still trying to resolve this by moving it forward as a recoverable concern into the hands of INDO/KDNC under the court sanctioned JRP after the previous attempt failed some years ago......
So who is managing it obo the court ?
Ignore ... stupid question
is pleased to announce that DEV Mineração S.A's ("DEV") has commenced the shipment of the iron ore stockpiles from Santana, Amapa, Brazil. This shipment was approved via a court petition (details of which can be found here) and represents the first shipment of Iron Ore from this asset since its closure in 2015.
‘the jrp is part of a regulated process under the laws of brazil... in which the company under judicial review and investors can submit a recovery plan which will allow the company under judicial review... in this case... the amapá... to trade under a protected status while it recovers from its financial difficulties’...
