Correct Mneyours, anyway Solstice will get his! If you buy this today and try selling tommorow, you'll be well down.
I think you've just answered yourself, if you buy today you won't be on the register and therefore giving someone else a freebie unless buying at a discounted price to the div amount
just speak to your broker
not sure that is true, its when the trade settles, therefore some days later
The Directors are pleased to report that the Company will declare an interim dividend of 0.5p per share to shareholders who are on the register as the close of business on 16 October 2015. The ex-dividend date will be 15 October 2015 and it is expected that the dividend will be paid on or around 16 November 2015.
broker said technically your name goes on the register the moment you buy the shares
Ex dividend date is today and you had to be on the register by 8am this morning. Missed it damn, free money
schoolboy errors happening here!
All trades are reported even T trades. The RNS is a bit ambiguous like the last one but it states on the register 16/10.
if you buy today your trade doesnt settle for another couple of days so you wont be on the register?
which rns?
Still qualifies for the dividend buying today. Very cheap.
If you purchased today would you be on the register in time or is today to late
i dont understand why you are not all jumping in on this one if you get at this price when the div is placed fri it works out to nearly 9 pcnt for doing nothing, you wont get that in the post office now will you , you only have to put you money in for one day not a year to get the percentage its a no brainer
another 25k buy!
this A.M, could be the start as people realise theres easy money to be had!
7% return! Easy money!! You only have to be a holder on the 16th Oct!!!
The Executive Chairman's statement in the latest RNS states they are reviewing the dividend policy which may mean a reduced or the cessation of future dividends.
of profits in dividends!!!! A small holding at current price will yield a very handsome return going forward!!
and this will fly!! 52wk high 74.50pps!!!!!!!
Orders of over £20m, cash of around £30m, Dividend payment coming, Floated at 80pps ish. Whats not to like??
Secured six new contracts, five of which are worth more than RMB 20 million each during the period under review. Of these contracts, one is worth more than RMB100 million. 100 million RMB = £10 million
They do pay as I collected last time. On the face of it this SP looks silly cheap.
