are they going to invest?
Harris Associates, AUM $135bn, who now have a disclosable interest, describe themselves as: "We are value investors. In constructing portfolios for our clients, we seek out companies that we believe are trading in the market at significant discounts to their underlying value. These businesses must offer significant profit potential and be run by managers who think and act as owners. We frame the investment process as owning a piece of a business for the long term."
they were reducing?
Well there was a TR-1 Notification of a major holding yesterday: https://www.investegate.co.uk/iwg-plc--iwg-/rns/tr-1--notification-of-major-holdings/201710230900012597U/ OR http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=IWG&ArticleCode=78ye9pgj&ArticleHeadline=TR1_Notification_of_major_holdings
We need some news soon.....Director buys would be nice.....
Same target here too mate. Got in at here @ 215
my target was and still is 225-230 and im out lets see if we get there......
looks like some of the day traders took profit at 220p. maybe take another leg up this afternoon. holding nicely at the moment.
The company is trading at 14 PE - this is spot on where it should be. An established company where growth is going to be difficult with headwinds and increased competition It was trading at over 20 PE which is the sort of value you would expect for a company with strong growth prospects. Issuing profit warnings during a time when your industry is growing is not deserving of this sort of value
once people realise that its overdone the trickle of buys will become a raging river
bigger fish than me making noises..we will see
like i said dont see 280p any time soon but i certainly see a lot higher than this....
could be right about to turn blue
quite a few i know have bought in here, i here on the grapevine possible news today or early next week, i set my target for bounce back to 2.8 and still stand by that.
I still feel this is a screaing buy and am a little suprise it hasnt gone up this morning
buy and ignore for a few days until it bounces back
Surprised to see this go down again
hugely oversold
up or down?
british bulls posted a BUY signal yesterday at 318.10p
Guestimation I am interested with your knowledge of the industry do you think medium to longer term a strategy of offices in some prime but also a lot of secondary locations with national networks will never take off ? For what its worth i think the strategy is a big risk, but the positives i see it have implications for quality of life issues the younger generation struggling to afford residential property in London or other major cities ? Travel costs, environmental issues etc I know they may not be deemed sexy, but ultimately there may be a market for cheaper and functional secondary if that is that where they are headed? A kind of Ryanair of offices they like flying to secondary locations and they haven't done too bad over time though they have plenty volatility too- ******* of pilots probably not a good move
That was who predicted that price, and youre welcome
It will be some time before this sees 280p again......but I agree the drop was over reaction and I do see a bounce....how much? im not sure but maybe 15 - 20%
strong finish. compare it with IRV another big faller today and that tanked into the close. topped up at c.204p whoever said 202p if 210p breaks was bang on! the start of a bounce now?
I think so too. Easy money
