And just one of the assets - currently at the forefront of everybody’s mind given the numbers you’ve addressed below - let’s not forget about the upcoming demerger, another monster coming towards us all LTH’s
Take a look at the Annual Ebitda for Ewoyaa:
The Scoping Study confirmed Ewoyaa as a long-life, large-scale, low-cost open pit project, delivering excellent returns, as outlined below:
· Scoping Study supports a business case for 2.0 Million tonnes per annum ("Mtpa") production operation with LOM revenues exceeding US$1.55 Billion
· 8-year LOM operation, producing an average 295,000tpa of 6% Li2O spodumene concentrate, with significant potential to extend LOM
· Study delivers exceptional financial outcomes:
· LOM revenues exceeding US$1.55bn, Post-tax NPV8 of US$345M, IRR of 125% over 8 years
· US$68M capital cost with industry-leading payback period of
· C1 cash operating costs of US$247 per tonne of 6% lithium spodumene concentrate Free on Board ("FOB") Ghana Port
· Pre-tax NPV8 of US$539M and EBITDA of US$854M for LOM
· Average EBITDA of US$105M per annum
· Significant exploration upside potential from the historic Egyasimanku Hill deposit (1.5Mt @ 1.66% Li2O) and surrounding 684km2 portfolio
Therefore, for around £70-75m of funding from Piedmont, Ironridge have given 10% of the company and around 25% of the profits from Ewoya. Indeed a very lucrative deal all round.
Dilution but, as not2sure says, the 20p tranche of shares can't be sold for at least 12 months.
The other tranche which can be sold immediately were bought at 25p. So can't see them being sold into the market at a loss.
Dilution yes but we now have the cash for further development and Piedmont agreement not to sell for at least a year if at all !!
I had 2 sells reported as buys on Friday - agree don't trust LSE reporting.
Will be interesting to see what the dilution of shares does next week as 50m+ to be added shortly, maybe even Monday opening
Most systems struggle to report the nature of late reported trades.
Sells are actually buys? Maybe some buys are actually sells too... I don't trust this LSE' system, it doesn't show every trade made and in fact maybe some small percentage of all the trades are shown, therefore you can't make your opinions based on it. It's a gimmick.
I have some more funds available but exactly the reason u mention I'll exercise a little caution for the mo. Continues to look good here but we've here many times before.
Agree there's some steady buying. Also think the extremely large trades (£100k+) showing at the end of the last few days are actually buys. Hence the shareprice creeping up slowly. The mm's appear to be moving the price through the day to fill the aforementioned orders. It seems someone is buying a decent percentage...let's see if we get a Holdings update soon.
Good steady buying in the K’s. But the big seller may turn up again to knock us back.
What looks a big iceberg buy is being worked through. 25ks earlier now replaced with many 10ks and a few 50k blocks.
Looking very good here now.
Now the deal is done, i think we are going to see an increased number of RNSs over the next few months. :@)
As that 14.5T gets increased, and spod prices remain robust (in fact rising), the infra ain't changing, road is there, port going nowhere.
Point being those project economics just get better.
PLL made shrewd move getting in here imo
Pretty good drilling results. Plenty more to come with five drill rigs on site.
Precursor to increased Ewoyaa JORC which IRR watchers (and PLL) already know will happen
Feels very planned and measured. Stated plan being enacted, one can't argue with that.
Someone still offloading large amounts stopping progress. 2 big ones showing
Yawn Baku. First you try and dig me out for something I haven't done and then you sh*t out.
Same comments that I made to Munchbox apply to you, Mr Johnny Come Lately.
Thankfully you'll be long gone when you've finished the bidding of whoever is paying you. They could really have hired better...
Nobody cares, Bozi.
Happy to discuss any of the rubbish you think I've posted too Baku.
I'm not the guy who turned up a month ago and has said nothing but "4 years to production"
Worth bearing that in mind.
I haven't posted any deals Bakuraku.
I posted a price prediction, which was only off by a couple of days considering we early breached 24p yesterday.
Those that know me know I make very few predictions. I just felt like it last week. I couldn't care what anyone thinks of what I say, so no ego stroking here.
You meanwhile, have contributed absolutely nothing of any use, substance or consequence since you appeared on the scene in July.
Toddle on.
Bozi, you are a funny person. You criticize Munchbox for his posts and on the other hand you post a lot of rubbish as well.
You said on 26 Aug 2021 14:13: "24p finish on the cards? 28p to close off the week?"
I am going to ask you a question now, Bozi. Why do you feel the need to post your deals? Does your ego need a stroking?
Munchbox - nobody cares if you're buying or selling.
Why do you feel the need to post your deals? Does your ego need a stroking?
Good luck getting 17p. I'll doff my cap. We had another looking for 15p. Didn't materialise.
The market can't stay asleep on this one as long as you need it to. People overseas are waking up to the fact that IRR have a viable and credible partner willing to fund the project right through to production having also chucked in a fair wad of cash to expand the resource.
This is on the cusp of no longer being a London centric stock for spivvy traders and retail investors. All that is needed is some meat on the bones of the plan to demerge the lithium and a plan on how the company plans to utilise the money already pledged towards Ghana. Both news items give investors direction and we'll then see positions taken as gold investors make their own play.
You may well get in at sub 20 again if ur lucky, but I genuinely doubt 17 post PLL.
But if u do then it'll be well by u.
Tbh SP has been notorious to predict.
I happen to think the long awaited re rate soon. Its very different here post PLL, everything's changed. Gl
