Last placing 0.30, SP rallied for a while - possibly allowing investors to exit above knowing retail would buy into it ahead of news flow on production and first sales. First sales RNS was surprisingly limited in detail with no numbers behind it - does bode well for trust does it.
Could be same value, but still more dilution ahead. Shame as I want to believe in it as an investment, but the history here makes it really hard to do so with any kind of conviction.
Further funding needed, did still think grovesnor might still come in on it but now more likely further placing,
I know - it's all trading at the moment and not many seem to be interested in medium/ longer term holds.
I don’t get this stock - 12 years of crap…last 6 months made steady positive progress to the point of making a sale yet the share price keeps falling.
Jennings knew what he was doing all along, filling his pockets at these prices.
This is good news. Market just has to catch on now.
Good to see they are buying back. why now, its huge bargain and they know it!
Jennings appears to have been buying
I'm sure align will look unload shares along line, said while back looking sell and get out of stocks.
Hopefully it's one of those situations where it drops before a major rise. GLA
I also think there could be a lot of games to be played from Align... They Still hold a lot of shares & have an axe to grind.. Time will tell
Lamps56 - scratching my head here too - this doesn't make sense. Why would anyone open a short when the company have started to generate cash.
Seems bizarre that the company anounces a milestone achievement that we have been waiting years for, and then somebody starts dumping shares at lows we have not seen for some while (under 3). Maybe Align/Jennings getting his own back with a short. Martin Eales and Co. must wonder what they have to do. Me too.
And if there is one thing that sends me to a filter button it is negative posting for the good of 'naive investors'. What a crock.
Glad I got out of this one when I did, hopefully it comes good, but looks like a big short position here.
Producing metals miner on three fronts for sub 0.50 here and your bleating on about getting funding else where, I cant understand why people accuse you of deramping.
@steven49
To be honest, I was hoping for a lot more from Ironveld this month, but Martin Eales has right royally disappointed me, and more importantly, the market, which has reacted with disdain to such vague news.
I am quite happy holding Clontarf for the time being. None of these companies are low risk, which is why I only have a certain percentage of my portfolio allocated for these types of investments (eg the casino of AIM). I am still also holding Kodal which, even though it has drifted lower while we wait for confirmation of the funding, is so far in the blue for me, that I’m quite happy sitting it out.
Thanks basher, still bit puzzled why fall possible markets not impressed sold out on clon
@ivans
FFS.
As soon as anybody expresses what is, in fact, a considered view of Ironveld, built on years of holding an investment with them, and it’s labelled “deranmping”.
For a start, the word you are looking for is “basher”, not “deramper”.
And take advantage of what? To push the share price, even lower from where it is now? LOL! Most long-term holders here bought in at a much higher share price and really don’t want it to go any lower.
If you are that oblivious to the history of this company, then I suggest some more research would serve you well, as well as being open to listening to country views from long in the tooth investors, who might just be trying to share some wisdom and knowledge to save Naive investors losing money.
And while you’re at it google “irony” in reference to my handle.
we have an off take agreement with a local company (oreport) for all our titanium ****.
I wonder, as the sale was from 'local buyers' it could be small and basically inconsequential - technically its a sale, and therefore inline with previous statements?
Looks like derampers trying to take advantage on the weakness in share price. IRON already in production and revenue generating. listen to the previous webminar, we dont expect any more funding/placing - we are generating revenue !
the accumulated cash will be used for any required upgrade.
sp should be much higher above 0.4p by now, but with illiquid market (its summer!) and derampers trying to get in even cheaper.
wish i could top up more at this level.
huge bargain imho
HPI powder converters will need finance 4 this, states adequate funding too year end, talk grovesnor possible still may come in on financing again all guess work, if is placing asume will be above. 3p level,
well you said it. stir **** and it smells.
this could have come up smelling of roses.
Steven - Bold statement. Care to elaborate on that?
Basher - when folks stir the sh^t it tends to smell.
Will need further financing either through grovesnor or other means
